Convenient location in the city center, cleanliness in the rooms, excellent breakfasts, good pool.
It is not always possible to have lunch and dinner. There is no currency exchange.

A great hotel.
It is very conveniently located in the center, five minutes from Republic Square.
The service was excellent - towels and shampoos/conditioners were cleaned and updated every day.
Very clean.
The staff is friendly and always ready to help.
There is a swimming pool, which, however, was used only twice (there was a very busy schedule).
The breakfasts were standard and quite varied. I was pleased with the local flavor: Armenian cheese of two types, basturma, Armenian lavash, etc.
We were a little short of hangers and lockers, but this is not critical at all.

Convenient location near the center, the room is quiet at night, the neighbors do not bother, the breakfast is quite varied, there are many types of cheese, fruits, cottage cheese, etc. The only thing that was not for breakfast was fish. Excellent WiFi. Nice view of the city from the room through the panoramic windows. Blackout curtains. Excellent shower, availability of bathrobes, cleanliness in the room. We never got to the pool)))

I liked everything / the location in the center, attentive and helpful staff, the rooms are large, everything is there : kettle, bathrobes, slippers, minibar, shower gel shampoo replenished daily, change of towels too. The breakfasts are delicious and the choice is large, for every taste. Daily cleaning plus bottled water was replenished daily. We didn't visit the pool, next time we will.

The hotel left a contradictory impression. He looks personable, the reviews are good, but in fact we will not come here anymore.
The room is very cold. Technicians came several times and fixed our air conditioning, but it was still cold in the room. It blows very much from the window and the air conditioner can not cope. The first night we slept in terry robes. There are no complaints about the bathroom and cleaning. The mattress is comfortable.
The breakfasts are meager for us. There are a lot of vegetables, but we don't eat vegetables for breakfast. There wasn't even any scrambled eggs. Yes, there were boiled eggs and an omelette type. But I think the omelet is powdered, at least not delicious. The porridge is not tasty either. We ate cheese and ham sandwiches every day. Yes, we were not hungry, but this is not a 4-star hotel breakfast. The coffee is good- the Delongi coffee maker.

Nice friendly hotel. There is a nice sparsely populated swimming pool, sauna. Spacious clean rooms, tea/coffee set.
Friendly reception.
The breakfasts are not bad, a good choice.
If there was a massage, a spa, I would give it five stars.
And, by the way, the entire entourage of the hall is spoiled by office ceilings.

The location is good. Centre. But it's not as noisy and hectic as, for example, in Marriott (I stayed there last time).
Breakfast for 4 people. The assortment is not rich.
And in general, the hall does not really correspond - the interior is like a "canteen", the tables with dishes are not well located - there is a constant jostling (cramped) around the tables with tea / coffee. Instant coffee only!!!!
The rooms are clean, there are no complaints about cleaning, beds.

A wonderful store, the fairy of this place is Gohar, who will always help with the choice, souvenirs are selected with great taste and good quality! In the shop you can find gifts for yourself and your family, traditional Armenian souvenirs, jewelry, as well as incredible felted items and silk scarves created by the famous designer Nune, prices are acceptable, unlike similar places in hotels. There are no declared 4 stars in sight. A dirty air conditioner forced the window to open at 35 degrees. Well, there are all the delights of night racing with the morning chime of traffic cops.
The TV worked every other time, the breakfasts for Armenia, in my opinion, were so-so.
I got there by accident and I won't stay there anymore.
