We stayed at the hotel from 08/21/2018 to 08/26/2018, the breakfasts are excellent, the pool is clean, the rooms are clean, the maids and reception staff are responsive, if necessary, they will call a taxi and give extra slippers.
I recommend the hotel.

Good location, spacious rooms, excellent breakfast. Just a couple of wishes, the lack of a dental cleaning kit, usually in 4-star hotels they are of course given, entrance to the sauna and pool is up to 9, when you come from excursions, you want to relax, warm up, but you don't have time, and so everything is more than worthy!

A very nice hotel. The rooms are clean, cleaned well and every day. Water, tea, and coffee are replenished every day. The breakfasts are normal, but I won't say wow, everyone will find something for themselves.

The horror of the boorish reception . Elena was yelling at the whole hotel. Rude . They asked to extend it to 16 hours as they booked for booking . In response , she began to yell in an unkind way . There is a sharp iron threshold in the Bathtub , I scratched my legs all over . Cleaning is not what . They just threw up the garbage and that 's it . Yes, they didn't vacuum it.

My wife and her friend (after surgery at the medical clinic in Yerevan) paid for this hotel on booking.com We came to the hotel on September 13, 2021, the manager began to declare completely different payment terms than at the Booking, a friend told the manager "You are incompetent", the manager replied - "my team and I decided to refuse you check-in." This is the first time in almost fifty visited countries and hundreds of hotels. There was no reason to refuse to check in from the standard list, except that the manager wanted it that way. There is nothing more to add. Of course, we went to another hotel nearby and checked in, it was quite adequate, as usual.

An average hotel. It does not shine with customer orientation. We came to the pool at 21.20, but they wouldn't let us in with the phrase "We work until 22, but we let the last people in at 21." It feels like some kind of school section with a schedule.
