Great room. There are scales, a good quality iron, a hair dryer did not work, but the staff quickly solved the problem. Comfortable pillows.
I took off one star for the fact that there was a door with tinted glass in the room, through which light shone through all night. As a result, there was no darkness in the room, but only semi-darkness. As a result, the dream was very sensitive.

A good, "honest" hotel. Its main advantage is a large and semi-empty pool. Yes, it's indoor. It's not for beach parties, but relieving fatigue after walking around the city is the best thing. The breakfasts are typical, without frills. But you won't stay hungry. Otherwise, the hotel is like a hotel. The location is not good.

Everything is perfect in this hotel: location, cozy rooms with all amenities (bathtub, three options of shower heads, hair dryer, safe, tea set, refrigerator, iron, ironing board, scales, anti-slip shower mat, step stool to the sink for children, bathrobes, slippers, shoe spoons...)
Very delicate maids. This is probably the first hotel where the maids came at a convenient time, quickly and imperceptibly replenished supplies of bath soap and drinking water, put things in order. Excellent cuisine. Breakfasts are repeated every day, but the choice is such that you can eat something new every day for a week. A lot of fresh fruits, dairy products: cheeses, cottage cheese, there is a spoon in sour cream! A large selection of coffee: instant, from a coffee machine and brewed in a Turk. You can order room service. Huge portions, tasty, inexpensive. A warm clean swimming pool, sauna, comfortable locker room. Friendly attentive Russian-speaking staff.
From anti-epidemic measures: all staff in medical masks. There are enough elevators and stairs so that the crowd does not accumulate. In the dining room, the tables are quite far from each other, seating for 4 people. There is a sanitary day in the pool once a week.

He lived in December 2022. For a C grade. For the cost of staying at this hotel, there are many much more decent options. I was disappointed with the breakfast, the lack of parking, the view from the window.
I considered this option later for accommodation, wrote to the hotel, hoping that they would make an interesting offer (they promised when I checked out the previous time), but was completely ignored.

I arrived at this hotel and was just shocked.There are no 4 stars, it would be nice to have three.The reception staff (Alexandra) needs to learn how to communicate with the guests.Otherwise, with such a boorish attitude towards guests, the hotel will go bankrupt.You haven't managed to get in yet.they are already demanding payment for accommodation.The world does not accept cards, in the neighboring super market, there is also a problem with the exchange.He does not take dollars, euros either, only rubles and then at a strange exchange rate (some kind of underground exchanger)In 20 years of my trips, this hotel has outweighed all the hotels with a minus sign. Then the taxi driver explained to me that most likely the room was bought by another.Therefore, such a boorish attitude. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone

Breakfast is meager. The pool fee is 3000 AMD. And you also need to buy a hat from them!!! And Slates!!!! And the cleaning lady who starts you will also hurry you up, because she needs to go drink coffee. It smelled like a dustpan. On the plus side: the water in the pool is warm.

The hotel is a solid three, those who care where to stay, but if you don't care how they serve you, then you are here. The hotel is huge, clean, not bad rooms. Of the cons. There is no service. Everyone who writes about good breakfasts is just lying. It's better not to even go down to the restaurant! The ventilation is just roaring insanely in the rooms!!!!!! Those who are light sleepers will not fall asleep!!!! In my opinion, the manager is not doing his job! It's degenerating in everything!
