We have been to this hotel 2 times already.
In 2023, the cuisine was much more diverse, in 2024 there was a little less choice. But it's still very tasty. If you sign up as soon as you arrive, you can get to the "fish restaurant". In 2023, there was another one with Turkish cuisine, and then we couldn't get into it, and in 2024 it was already canceled. Nice rooms, good service. The hotel staff is trying to help as quickly as possible. We walked to the beach more often to "shake everything we had," but if there was a tuk-tuk, we rode it. There has never been a shortage of places on the sunbed, although there are always a lot of people. One day we were going on an excursion and got up early enough.. Our grandmothers have been running to the beach since the very early morning, taking up a place and returning for breakfast, and then returning to the beach...therefore, everything is based on the principle of "who gets up early.". The places on the sun beds closer to the sea will be occupied by 9-10 a.m., and a little further away they are always free. Therefore, there is no problem with this. The hotel has a place where you can drink tea and coffee with sweets, a relaxation area with swings and hammocks, tables hidden from the sun. There is a bar near the pool where ice cream is served at lunch. Water and cold drinks are freely available. Burgers, delicious shawarma, French fries, and nuggets are also prepared between lunch and dinner. Turkish tortillas are baked at the same time. There are also shops on site. Some sweets and cosmetics, tea are cheaper than on the market.

Pros: the rooms are good, renovated, the staff is very friendly, the alcohol (except wine) is delicious, cocktails for every taste and color. There are many areas for eating and snacking. They make Turkish coffee, they make delicious coffee from a coffee machine, hot chocolate, pastries, ice cream. Water is freely available. For dinner, there is always boiled meat in broth with vegetables (turkey, chicken, beef) - very tasty, there was often red fish. There are no comments on the food, everything is enough and delicious. The staff is Russian-speaking, and the campers are almost all Russian-speaking. There are a lot of children, and it's nice to sit on a swing in the garden recreation area. It's a pleasure to relax with children here - playgrounds, slides, swings, ice cream, animation.
But I had no children, so on the third day I wanted to go home, away from the crowds of people and the music at maximum volume, from which there was simply nowhere to hide. You can hear it everywhere - from the room to the sea. It is also not the stated 5*. It's a very small area for a hotel of this size. It's very noisy everywhere - the rooms have heavy furniture that is constantly being moved during cleaning, including at night. The music by the pool is playing very loudly, which can be heard in a room that does not overlook the pool. It is not clear what the difficulty is to set the volume only on the territory of the pool. Very loud evening programs and don't even try to sleep until 23:00. I couldn't use earplugs. The Armas network is probably all noisy- I had a vacation in Kemer at 5-so we enjoy the sound of the sea, the basses are hammering nearby in Armas. There is no division between smokers and non-smokers. They smoke everywhere - on the neighboring balcony, on the veranda, in the garden, the driver who takes them to the beach, on the beach. I wasn't breathing fresh air, but tobacco smoke. There is no shady alley to the beach, but an ordinary road with no traffic and ruins on both sides, and surrounded by greenery, which is natural for Turkey. There is no bar on the beach, but a kiosk serving burgers and drinks. There are a lot of people. There are a lot of cats all over the territory, including creepy-looking ones - there are old, sick, with one eye, with a broken paw, pregnant, they use the sun beds by the pool, walk around the territory, drink water from the pool, go to the toilet on the lawn. I love animals, why not sterilize some and take some to the vet, after all, there are a lot of children in the hotel. It's quiet only at sea until 10 a.m., which still needs to be reached. The beach is also small for so many guests. I recommend it for those who are used to relaxing at 4. We had a vacation here in 2023 and 2024, a budget 5, don't expect much. The rooms were given in the main building and the annex, both times successfully. The guys at the reception are friendly and always tried to help. In 2024, the diet has noticeably changed, for the worse. There are a lot, a lot of side dishes, long and round rice, spaghetti pasta, coils, spirals. The number of meat and fish dishes has been reduced. There were plenty of fruits and vegetables. The second time we went only because of the location, because the Lycian trail passes through Tekirova, along which we went to Cleopatra Bay and further through the reserve, to deserted quiet coves where there are no crowds of vacationers with screaming children, you can also walk to the ancient city of Phaselis, and wander through its territory without paying an entrance fee the ticket, along the way, also has a deserted quiet bay, where we swam and sunbathed in complete silence. In the second year, there was a more active animation team, yoga appeared on the beach in the mornings, for about 15-20 minutes. Plus, the territory is cozy, green, well-groomed, albeit small. The road to the sea is shady and beautiful, it's nice to walk. I recommend visiting the city of Kas, we bought an excursion at the marstrevel travel agency, accompanied by a Russian-speaking guide from the Emir, a teacher-historian, very interesting and informative, the tour also included a boat trip to the Greek island, a visit to Kaputash beach, an ancient amphitheater, a stop at the observation deck, but you can also take a rented car to see the city yourself.

It's a great place - a large area with lots of pines and plane trees - it feels like you're living in a park or a pine forest. The sea is about 400 meters away, which can be reached along a picturesque alley in the shade of perennial pine trees.

The amazing ancient city of Phaselis is within walking distance
The hotel has slightly outdated furniture in the rooms. But this is offset by the pleasant, friendly staff and excellent, varied cuisine.

We had a vacation with a 5-year-old child in September. We were very satisfied. The hotel is very conveniently located: at the foot of Takhtali mountain (when swimming in the sea on the beach there is a stunning view of the mountain). There are many different shops nearby, 3 supermarkets, there is a beautiful park where you can walk. We arrived at the hotel at 10 a.m., and by 11 a.m. we were put in a room (without extra charge). The hotel itself is very large-2 multi-storey buildings, a large area with swimming pools, water slides, a Playground, a recreation area with nozzles and hanging sofas. The territory is well maintained and clean. Everything is done for convenience, right down to the tracks, along which it is easy to roll a suitcase and enter the building. There is a faucet at the entrance from the beach side to wash the sand off your feet. The beach is huge (for 3 neighboring hotels), there were enough sun beds (we worked out early in the morning, before breakfast). You need to walk to the beach for 5-7 minutes along a beautiful, long, shady road or you can take a free shuttle bus that constantly runs between the beach and the hotel. The rooms in the hotel are spacious, we had a 3-bed room for 3 people plus a sofa. The balconies are also large, with a dryer, chairs and a table. Only the rooms on the 1st floor do not have balconies. Our room was cleaned infrequently, the garbage buckets were small, filled quickly and we had to put garbage in the form of water bottles on the floor. The towels were changed 2 times in 10 days, but in principle it was enough. The food at the hotel is beyond praise! A huge variety of pastries, sweets, salads and snacks. I really liked the Turkish buns for breakfast. The meat was mostly chicken plus fish almost daily. For dinner, there was always a soup on coals-chicken or beef, very tasty! Drinks are very diverse, wine of several types, very pleasant. After lunch, ice cream was served by the pool -just delicious! The animation in the hotel was also on the level. The children were occupied daily both in the afternoon and in the evening. There was yoga, volleyball, and bocce on the beach every day. There were different games by the pool too.
One disadvantage is a lot of people (the hotel is very popular) It was sometimes difficult to find an empty table in the restaurant, and queues for food. But if you come to the opening, it was freer.
Maybe next time we'll choose the same hotel for a vacation

I'm thrilled! It's not expensive and well, everything is just as it should be! The food may not be very diverse, but it is very tasty. Every dinner is a fish (often Dorado), delicious grilled meat, and snacks. The location of the hotel is good for me, nearby: Lycian trail, wild beaches, ruins of an ancient city. In general, you don't want to stay in a hotel)) It was the beginning of the season and there were few people, the staff was very polite. The alcohol is delicious and high-quality, and my head doesn't hurt. There are a lot of cocktails until late at night. And there is almost always a place to eat))- ice cream, Turkish tortillas, pizza, burgers, shawarma, coffee and sweets in the garden. By the way, there's a great garden with hammocks where you can hide from the heat.
Animation suited me, I wasn't very interested in it, and that's why it was enough)) darts, volleyball, yoga, etc.
I definitely recommend it and would still come.
One thing only - well, they really stick with a hammam (( Beach towels are given out where there is a hammam and near the dining room they are hooked.

We had a vacation with a girl in early May 2025, which is one of the advantages:
- the quality of service is excellent, all issues are resolved promptly and on the spot, whether it's a problem with a room, an order at a bar, restaurant, etc.
- the territory of the hotel is surrounded by greenery, beautiful views of the mountains
- there are many retail outlets near the hotel with souvenirs, textiles, and food at reasonable prices
- there is a free shuttle service from the hotel to the center of Kemer upon your prior request
- the staff speaks mostly Russian
- there are water slides, we haven't taken a ride even once because of the temperature of the water in the pool
As for the negative aspects:
- in May, it was cool in Tekirova, the sea had not warmed up yet, for some reason the pool was also cold, I had to swim through my strength
- the animation in the hotel is average, there was no strong rush to participate in daytime events
- the food is not bad, but mediocre, you would expect to see a slightly different level of nutrition from the top five
- there is nowhere to eat at the hotel between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m., except for a coffee shop with pastries
- the hotel has a very aggressive sales policy for massage, spa, excursions and water activities. I don't even want to go in for towels, so that I don't have to listen to propaganda slogans and miraculous Thai massage again.
- the beach is equipped too primitively, it looks more like Anapa, the beach bar has only beer, wine, lemonades and water. There are strange buns with filling of your choice, not appreciated
- the evening show did not impress me once in a week, it was not there for 4 days at all
- it is impossible to drink strong alcohol except for local tequila. The rest is so disgusting in quality, it makes me cringe.
The hotel is suitable for couples as a budget vacation for 7-8 nights, perhaps during the peak season the situation here is changing for the better, but I would not go to this hotel a second time, given the huge number of analogues.

And bread!!! The hotel is located in the Tekirova district, surrounded by greenery: pine trees, pomegranates, citrus fruits. The famous Takhtali Mountain is right in front of the hotel. Nearby there are shops, shopping malls, a pharmacy. The sea is not far away, you can walk along the green street, you can get there by special transport. We visited in June 2024. I really liked the hotel. A huge green area. Wonderful pool. The animation works from 10:00 to midnight and entertains tourists all day long. Thanks to the animation guys. The main restaurant with air conditioning is small, for so many people and there was almost a battle for a place in the cold, the rest of the places were under the sun or with a canopy, but the heat and stuffiness completely discouraged going to lunch and there is only one exit in the same place as the entrance, so you jostle with everyone, it turns out to be crowded. .
The inconvenient location of the dishes in the restaurant, some kind of chaos, we faced this for the first time, we have been resting for 14 years and there are comparisons in Turkey. There was also no habitual decoration of food, especially on a Turkish night, and this surprised me (they always cut something out of watermelons and decorated the tables here. Just a huge human thank you for the rest. Everything was just wonderful, we left in complete delight, happy and satisfied. Super green area, very clean, well maintained, growing limes and oranges throughout the incredible beauty. The cats are beautiful, well-mannered. The restaurant was wonderful, wonderful breakfasts, omelet delight, cool chicken broth for dinner is beyond praise. You can't eat desserts. Very helpful staff, not arrogant, will do everything you need for a great mood. The only drawback is that the floors were never washed during the week of stay, and they asked and paid-but alas. There is food at every step, you definitely won't leave hungry, everything is thought out for everyone, excellent animators. Cool clean sea, it takes literally 5 minutes to walk. I don't like to come back at all, but I would be glad to visit here again. Special thanks for the room with a balcony and mountain view.

A very pleasant hotel located in a distance from the bustling city life. Beautiful green area, excellent work of animators and services for guests, daily room cleaning, WiFi throughout the hotel (except the beach).
Of course, there are nuances - the cost is too high and Egypt is losing, a red-hot pebble beach, distance from the beach - there are 3 more in front of the hotel - i.e., in fact, this is not the first line (but a 5-minute walk along an empty road did not bother). Although the hotel is positioned as 5 stars, in fact it is a good 4 stars.

The animation is wonderful, thanks a lot to the team for the ability to create a festive atmosphere and a good mood. Even the driver of the transfer truck could make everyone smile. The cuisine is varied and delicious. You will definitely not stay hungry here. Wonderful nature, clear clear sea! In addition to relaxing at the hotel, we went on excursions. According to the recommendations of friends, tours were bought outside the hotel, as the guides' price tag is much higher. We found the most profitable tours in front of our hotel, Hasel tour, and I can heartily recommend a young man named Ilya. We are very surprised by the reviews about the dirt on the territory and on the way to the sea! People, have you tried not to shit? No? Do you really think that coming to a foreign country and scattering garbage all along the way, you should have a personal slave attached to you, who should clean up your waste?? Royals with overgrown bushes in their eyes and swollen lips, who told you that the cups, after your cocktails, can be thrown into the territory of an abandoned hotel or left on the fence? We arrived in the morning, checked in at 12:00 p.m., no problem, they even gave us a room with a balcony, although we booked without. Cleaning every day! They even left us rose petals on the bed and in the bathroom. The beach is good, access to the sea is 5 m and overhead.

A great place for family holidays, holidays with children. My daughter and I were on vacation from July 12 to 22, 2024, 12 years old. I was looking for a hotel with the opportunity to walk to the sea (at a distance) in order to somehow move. Even this is there: a path among the pines... Great!
The only drawback is cleaning. Well, they don't lick the numbers at all. And gourmets need to be prepared for the lack of meat and fish variety. But fruits, watermelons, and greens are in abundance. That's what we needed. Still have porridge for breakfast....
In general, there is a desire to return.

The hotel is not bad, the food is decent and varied, the room is clean, but not cozy, the floors are like concrete tiles, the air conditioner works well, saves.
I almost didn't use animation, I didn't like alko cocktails, so I didn't drink them anymore.

There are snacks, but there is not much variety. Alcohol is available around the clock. The range of alcohol and alcoholic beverages is extensive. Every evening except Sunday there is animation, children's animation in the evening too. Of the minuses, there are no snacks after 23:00 at all, alcohol is welcome). The beds are a bit hard, although maybe I'm used to sleeping on soft ones. The sea can be reached in 7 minutes on foot or by car, the shuttle service to the beach is free. The beach is big, Galician, so it's better to buy sneakers. There are a lot of sun beds. Towels can be taken every day with new cards (you hand over the old one, the next day you take a new one). On the beach from the hotel there are also snacks (French fries, nuggets and burgers), there are cola and other drinks, alcohol is only wine and beer. The hotel is good, there are disadvantages, you can safely go!
