Nice rooms, daily cleaning, cleanliness in the hotel, great food. Helpful staff at the reception. There is a real Starbucks cafe on the ground floor. The coffee is great. The hotel is located on the 2nd line, for some it is a minus, but for us it is a plus. It is useful to walk 1000m to the sea, where all entertainment activities are located, and 1000m back after a delicious dinner. The whole show is so-so, but then again, who's coming for what. The beach and the sea are clean, the entrance is pleasant. I recommend it for families with children under 12, teenagers 13-16 will be a bit boring.

My impressions of staying at this hotel are mixed, we flew during the peak of the heat, the hotel was overloaded with vacationers, so I got poisoned there, from the heat or food it is not clear. The hotel is suitable for couples with children. Among the advantages: good food, a huge selection of sweets, fruits, but besides drinks, I didn't like cocktails at all, like the Ultra All Inclusive concept, as a result, half of the alcohol is imported for a fee. There are 2 cafes, snacks, ice cream, bars on the beach line. There is a large beach coastline by the sea, many pools, but it takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea. Buses are constantly supervised from the hotel. Great late-night shows. There is nowhere to walk around the hotel, there are many shops nearby with their gardener's things. 30 min by bus to shopping malls. Check with the travel agent what block you have, we were accommodated from the hotel in the anex building, where the standard rooms are, it looked strange, it is located 200 meters from the main hotel. They gave a room on the ground floor in this block, it is not possible to sleep, everyone is screaming at night at the pool below. I had to waste my nerves asking for your room, the attitude of the reception is bad towards the guests. They barely changed the number. As a result, there is no desire to return there anymore.

I'm at the hotel right now. There are few Russian speakers. There are a lot of Germans, Indians, blacks. Everyone speaks and understands English. Everything is delicious, fresh and there is plenty of everything. We live in the main building, it's on the second line! The hotel has its own beach. Large and comfortable. On the first line, in addition to the beach, there are several pools, slides, bars and restaurants. The shuttle runs every fifteen minutes until 24:00, as the animation is on the first line too. The maids clean well, there are tiles on the floor - nothing sticks to your feet. There are no bathrobes in the standard room with a view of the territory, there are slippers. An additional place for a child is a sofa. There is a balcony. The area where the main building is located also has swimming pools and a bar. There seem to be a lot of people, but there are no crowds. Everyone is walking and relaxing somewhere. No one bothers anyone. There is a mall and a small market near the hotel.

I really liked the hotel, the food, the service, the attitude. Food: breakfast is the same every day. Lunch and dinner are varied, fish, seafood every day, Dorado, sea bass, trout, salmon, shrimp, mussels, anchovies, we just gorged on fish) meat is also a lot of different, in general, there are no questions about food at all. Service: there are a lot of staff, very attentive, the room was cleaned every day, the bar was replenished, it is free by the way. There is a children's room where you can give your child and sit in a cafe.It 's about three minutes to the sea .the beach is nice. The hotel has a swimming pool and a spa. There is a doctor, unfortunately, on the last day we went to the doctor, although we waited for him for 20 minutes, but the doctor turned out to be helpful, advised us what was needed (since we contacted a Russian doctor on arrival, he said the same thing) In general, we stayed at the hotel for 10 days in early February, we were very satisfied, I definitely advise everyone!

The hotel is wonderful. We are resting now, in January 2025. Despite the low season in Turkey, there are quite a lot of tourists. There are few Russian speakers, mostly Europeans and Arabs. The staff speaks excellent Russian and English, there are no difficulties in understanding. We were checked in immediately upon arrival, and this is, for a moment, at 10:30 :) The buffet is very diverse - several types of meat, fish, seafood, side dishes. Lots of vegetables, sweets, pastries - there is everything that a soul can desire. I especially liked the grill area. There is a spa, sauna, steam room, two swimming pools - outdoor and indoor. The part of the hotel in the beach area, of course, is almost not functioning. But there are sun beds, umbrellas, and even a bar. I managed to swim in the sea, and I was very lucky with the weather - 20 degrees! I was very pleased with the Starbucks, which is part of the hotel's concept. The cleaning is generally uncomplicated. I can safely recommend the hotel for relaxation. By the way, the hotel has its own application where you can explore all the possibilities in advance before your trip, so that you don't waste precious time on this during your vacation. And yes, the wi-fi is impeccable!

As any theater begins with a hanger, so the face of any hotel is the reception! We were met by a beautiful girl Zhanyl 🌺 It is very pleasant that they could communicate in Russian. She explained everything in detail; congratulated her sister on her birthday; provided a room better than the one ordered - a two-room family room; advised us not only on the hotel, but also on rest and movement around the resort as a whole. In general, Zhanyl is our assistant during the whole vacation! Everything else is fine too. The food is very good and varied. The chateau is very often accessible to the beach, but you can also walk in a few minutes. The beach area is large and well maintained. The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly, all of them! We stayed at this hotel from January 22 to January 29, 2025. We arrived at 10 a.m., checked in about 40 minutes later.The room was cool, there was a bed, a sofa and a small pull-out sofa. Room cleaning is brilliant, so often we have not had our bed linen changed anywhere in the hotels, the room is cleaned perfectly! The service is top notch! Waiters in a restaurant are a separate respect, they will talk, joke, bring drinks, if we don't drink, they will come up and ask if they like it or not and offer something else. The chefs cook sooooo delicious, we are tired of feeling overeating. 😂 Olga Nu is an incredibly polite girl at the spa, very tactful, and a very pleasant person to talk to. We found ourselves thinking that when questions arise, we go to her, although this is not her responsibility, she will tell us everything, prompt us. Thank you to the entire hotel for our unforgettable stay!

The hotel left only positive emotions! We had a rest from March 03 to March 13. We were lucky with the weather. We sunbathed and swam in the indoor pool. We even swam in a heated outdoor pool a couple of times. The hotel has a beautiful territory, there is also a large well-maintained area by the sea, including swimming pools, an aquapark (they did not work at the beginning of March). On the beach in early March, I noticed umbrellas only at our hotel, they already came in handy, the sun was every day. The staff tries their best, everything is very clean, I really liked the abundance of varied food. Everything is very tasty! The hotel has its own application, which is very convenient. We ordered bathrobes for visiting the spa through the app. You can also communicate with the hotel staff via whats up.

I'm sitting here waiting for a transfer from the hotel to the airport. We had a rest from February 23rd to March 7th. What to pay attention to: 1) Stores. The hotel has shops (clothes, shoes, souvenirs, etc.). There is an Orange Bazar nearby, where there are also clothes, watches, etc. 2) The type of hotel. This is a hotel vacation, there's not much to go for a walk here. Personally, we took bus 07 to the old town, the lower fountain, the shopping center. The bus stop is not far away. It takes 30-60 minutes to drive. You can get a memo in the service area. 3) About the buffet. The food is varied: meat, fish, liver, vegetables, pizza, salads. They cook pasta right in front of you, fry eggs in the morning. We just ate here, because there's not much else to do. 😃 There are an ocean of desserts. Spoons/forks /glasses are sometimes dirty, it's better to wipe them. 4) Courteous staff, always attentive. They called several times and asked how things were going) 5) We lived on the 7th floor, with a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea from the room. Beautiful view of the lights of other hotels at night. At 00:00, everything is turned off.

It's actually a nice hotel, cozy with excellent recreation areas. I liked the way the events are held, there are some show programs every evening. The rooms are good, the renovation is quite recent. On the downside, as a lawn tennis player, I was disappointed with the tennis courts, two courts and both in sad condition. But it's just who needs the courts, we just booked there because of the courts, too. And fans of imported alcohol have a very limited choice!
