We stayed at this hotel on New Year's Eve 23-24 The hotel is clean and beautiful, the rooms are cleaned daily, the food is very tasty, everywhere and a lot. We also walked on the territory by the beach, the hotel itself goes across the street, on the second line. The spa and slides are located by the beach. The hotel also has a separate building which is located across the bridge from the main building and overlooking the river. The territory is clean, there is an indoor and outdoor swimming pool.

In general, the hotel is 3.5 meters, shabby enough for its age, there are no dressing gowns, some of the staff speak Russian, some do not. The food for day 3 is already boring. We went outside the peak season with the expectation of a warm pool, but it turned out to be 2 meters by 10 meters and teeming with people))), later we found a bigger indoor one, but the depth was 1.2 and the plaster was falling off. In general, I don't care and everything seems to be fine if it wasn't for ordering a taxi from the reception, which cost 4 times more than to call in fact, the taxi driver started shaking his rights that the price was in euros, and the hotel administration spread its hands realizing that no one wants to swear on vacation and abstracted from the situation said - "we just ordered you should have no complaints about a taxi to us," moreover, this is not the first time we have traveled (we went to Rixas) and usually ordering a taxi through the hotel is more expensive, but not by so much. In order not to be unfounded, we got 6,400 rubles to Andrian's gate and back to the hotel, the debriefing was at the administration, but no one gave us any checks, the taxi driver did not have a meter, as well as a terminal for payment, the administration only suggested that we call the police))). The prices at the hotel for everything that is not exclusive are exactly 2 times more expensive, immediately stock up on cigarettes, swimming trunks, etc., but it should be noted here that if you were told the price, then at the time of the transfer of money it does not change and suddenly it does not become in euros. It's strange to me that in a country where the main currency is the lira all of a sudden))). Because, as you probably already understood, after this situation, you do not want to return here and the negative aftertaste from the vacation remains. The terrible attitude of the staff towards the guests. They moved into the wrong room, which was originally booked. We ordered a room with two separate beds. Upon check-in, we were informed that there are two beds in the room and everything is OK. We came to the room and it turned out that there was only one bed, and in addition there was a children's playpen, which we did not need. They promised to resolve the situation by the evening. Then it turned out that our room could not be cleaned and they would move into it tomorrow. The next day, nothing was decided again, they were transferred from one employee to another. As a result, we were relocated on the third day. The air conditioning was not working in the room. They fixed the day. They asked for a second blanket. They brought it without a duvet cover, so what should I do with it? On the last day, the air conditioner broke down again, they could not fix it, they moved to another room at night, in which the air conditioner did not work again. They put us outside in the a la carte restaurant, it started to rain, and all our requests to transfer to the hall were refused, although the hall was empty. All animation is mainly designed for Turks. Only the DJ occasionally remembered about us and played Russian songs. Even English is not always spoken on evening programs Of the advantages, only cleaning can be noted, where super neat and polite employees who do their job 100%

Hello everyone, we took this hotel for 3 nights and with all my heart I say these 3 nights were the most terrible for me. Firstly, the rooms stink because there are swamps nearby, the air conditioner does not pull, the rooms are not cleaned. Secondly, the service is zero, the waiters take an order for drinks, while they are carrying you, you forget what you ordered. The location is terrible, the hotel is on one side of the sea on the other, and by the time you get from the room to the sea, you don't want to swim anymore. The food is not delicious, the last day at the beach where they give food, the waitress asked if we liked everything, we said no and she teased us why did we eat everything, why are we stupid to sit hungry or something?

Excellent cuisine, you will not stay hungry, there are plenty of products too.the location from the airport is 20min. Souvenir shops nearby, 2km to Migros. To the shopping centers by bus is 50 minutes, But on the bus payment is only with transport cards, which can be bought at the store at the stop at the hotel, the card is paper for 2 trips (of course, the price tag at the hotel is horse, in the city it is much cheaper). Great hotel. We had a rest in March. I was lucky with the weather. The food is good. One disadvantage is that the water in the outdoor pool is very cool. The rooms are good.
