We rest from 22.10 to30.10 the room was given not a bad one, but not in the hotel that we chose, but in a hotel nearby. Anex tur liars are trying to sell a ticket!!!! In terms of food , there is a lot to choose from , but it is very spicy. The child is left with only soups (ours does not eat such, be says) and French fries and nuggets, onion rings (fast food in a word). There are a lot of drinks, the variety is good. The service is the only 5+. There is no animation!!!! Everyone left, if anyone stayed with the fire during the day, they didn't look for it. Children without a declared children's club!!!!! Adults are left with slides 2 hours a day and the sea is all entertainment!!!! There is nothing to do here in winter and autumn!!! The children are upset, we are not relaxed ((( . There are no claims to the hotel , but we will complain to the tour operator for his service!!!

We were from the 10th to the 20th . The rooms are dirty, they constantly did not report to the bathroom , then towels for feet, then gels with shampoos . They asked us to bring a second pillow once, because they were terribly uncomfortable. In the end, they told us to bring a second now, well, we waited for this second until the end of the vacation . The food is disgusting cheap, the same thing every day, a maximum of one or two dishes were changed . The children 's table had the same soup for all 10 days , and for lunch and dinner . Nuggets and pasta . Food, as previously written, really has to be almost begged for. There were situations when the staff ignored the service if you were standing somewhere in line , preference was given to Turks . The food seemed to be what was left over from lunch in the evening , the same thing was given . No theme nights like in other hotels. Animation is generally zero . There was a thunderstorm for two days, so the poor children didn't even have anywhere to go. The declared children's club at the hotel turned out to be valid only in winter. In the evening, the same program at the children's disco. Silence, there is no feeling of rest in the same adalia, there were constantly shows, Music programs and so on. During the day , this yoga , the music of which just started depression . In general, it is a pity for the money spent . We flew with Turkish airlines and got fucked up on the plane going back and forth . The food is disgusting , they don 't give gifts to children anymore . If there was a service before, now it is zero!!! So think for yourself who is going to . The territory is of course large and beautiful, but the umbrellas on the Deshmansky beach did not even save from the scorching sun. Pierce is not talking about anything at all. Where they give ice cream, there is not even a declared milk shake . Inside the hotel, the furniture is all worn out, of course, in general, there are only disadvantages!

I stayed at this hotel from September 5 to September 16, 2019. The star rating of the hotel is overestimated, the real ones there are 4 *, and the price is like 5 *. I have been to different hotels myself, and therefore there is something to compare it with. In ask, meals are not served around the clock, only bars with drinks are open 24 hours. The main restaurant has breakfast, lunch and dinner by the hour. In this sense, the leadership is arrogant and shows austerity.. I have watched more than once, for example, 15 minutes before the end of breakfast, the lights above the tables were turned off, the food was cleaned, everything was collected, hinting that they would leave faster, block the entrance to the restaurant. For example, opposite the Seguinus hotel (I was in it that year), so 2 minutes before the end of the meal in the restaurant, they came to report the food to the top!!!! The interval from 16 o'clock to 19 o'clock is nothing to eat at all! What they call a pastry shop was shocking. It's either empty, or the withered sandwiches are terrible in the film. Let's move on. The rooms are small, the aisles are narrow, the bathroom does not turn around at all. There is zero noise insulation!!! Of the 7 hotels I've been to, this is the worst. There are no thresholds at the doors, the gap under the door is 2 cm. You can hear everything from the hall, as if the door from the room is open. You can also hear everything from the neighboring rooms. The hotel is family-run, almost all with children, they are screaming everywhere, they can't rest day or night. So we were also with a child when choosing a hotel, guided by the presence of the lunapark. So here he sucks completely!there is no race track, there are no locomotives, no airplanes either. The Ferris wheel is small, the ship and the carousel are horses. They work only in the evening, in complete silence, during dinner, we always rushed there to take the child for a ride. Nearby is a playground with small ATVs-15 euros, a live horse ride is 8 dollars, a cable car is 15 euros (3 in one). They expected it for free, or at least the prices were acceptable, but it turned out that only rich Arabs drove their children there. A good kids' club, thanks to the Russian animator girls, they are very kind and friendly. It takes 5 minutes to drive from the main building to the amusement park, swimming pools and the sea (bus, shuttle) . The hotel is actually on the third line, so what kind of five stars can we talk about. I didn't like the attitude of the staff, in the sense of cleaning the room. We called, asked us to change the bed for the 5th day, and to get out. The cleaner cleaned poorly, did not vacuum, constantly took away towels, which are supposed to be a child, as an individual family member. Then I took 1 pair of slippers, and did not put new ones, and then I took 1 slipper at all!!! And I left 1! How was I supposed to walk in one? I took that soap away, we washed our hands with shampoo.the laminate on the floor is swollen and worn. The hotel is 5 years old, but it feels like 20🤷♀️ Umbrellas on the beach are a horror of some kind, they do not give shade, they climb splinters, fall into the sand, then it hurts to step on them.umbrellas are ancient simply. Awnings are stretched all around from other hotels. The pier is small. There are a lot of cigarette butts underfoot everywhere. The beach is rarely cleaned. A normal rich dinner is only on Saturdays. I liked the animations. All the artists are visitors. For those who are in Turkey for the first time, they may like it. But when there is something to compare it with, then no.....

.The most terrible vacation. Dear reception and guest service, I am writing the truth and only the truth about you, as promised!) Let's start in order. Check-in. When asked to check in, it was said earlier that the hotel was full and there were no rooms.Well, that's okay.We checked in at 13.00.the rooms are small and old.there is a thin interior door from the room to the next room (more on that later))).room cleaning is formal, replacement of leaky bed linen,towels and garbage disposal. The food is monotonous and quite ordinary, on the 3rd day everything is already tired.the assortment is very economical, chicken,mackerel,turkey.sometimes grilled trout and over-salted chicken.they put half a spoon on it and have to beg for food, which is very embarrassing.there is an imported alcohol, but if you do not ask, they will pour you a local one. Let's get to the most important thing!!! The ROTOVIRUS hotel!!! We were taken by ambulance to the clinic at night, and another child was taken with us.as it turned out later, almost all the children visited the hospital.The hotel is covering up this story!! To our questions about why this is happening in the hotel and what we will definitely write about it, we were evicted from the hotel the next day!!! Explaining that we don't need such guests!!!! Fortunately, we moved to the hotel opposite.Royal seginus! The hotel is beautiful, everything is clean. The rooms are spacious, but a little tired already, the bathroom is gorgeous with a huge watering can shower. We were at this hotel in 2019 from April 29 to May 18. I expected more from him! The rooms can be said not to be cleaned, from morning to lunch we were on the beach, then a quiet hour for children, so if they did not clean before lunch, then they will not sit down so as not to interfere, and then 16:00 is the end of the working day. If they sent another woman to the reception, she tried. The food was varied and delicious while there were few people, then it became so-so. Yes, there is a lot of it, but it was not tasty. There was nothing to feed the baby, there was no blender, there was only a chopper. It's good that I took meat purees with me, there are only fruit purees in the markets! The beach is on the 3rd line! The hotel bus is lucky, if you forgot something in the room, you definitely won't come back. I liked the kids' club, they are engaged in entertaining children. However, they forgot to congratulate the child on his birthday, but when they applied, the problem was solved. Will I come back here again? For the money we paid, no!
