There are so many positive reviews, I would like to ask from where? Or people who have never seen anything better are coming here. We arrived with two children, 8 years old and 3 years old. On the second day, the eldest got sick, got a rash, vomiting, diarrhea, the next day the youngest got sick, threw up the whole room at night. Cleaning is not expected. They don't speak a word of English. Other days they did not clean at all, although we were not in the room all day, we had to be called out. There is a lot of food, but it is not all delicious, meat is a separate conversation. A Russian person will not find meat there. We go half-hungry, because children don't eat such food. Neither of us can eat. Alcohol is clearly the cheapest. There are so many people in the hotel in October, there are no tables available, there are no sun beds on the beach. They waited for the doctor for half a day. To examine the child, I did it only at 21.00 They wrote a complaint to her husband that he yelled at them that they could not call an ambulance for the child for an hour, saying that this was a paid service. When your child is turned inside out, what kind of money can we talk about? Today is October 6th, 2021 and we are moving to another hotel, with an additional fee. I hope we will spend the remaining 3 days in a human way

This is not the first line, it takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea, as you correctly noticed, there is no nature, the beach is not beautiful, the area itself is just terrible. The territory of the hotel is very small, the spa is so-so. The worst thing about this hotel is the audience. It feels like the whole collective farm and cattle came from Russia, most likely from the regions, it's unpleasant to be there. People smoke everywhere on the street.
