The staff is polite, pleasant in communication, they always meet you halfway and do not refuse requests. Breakfast is not included in the room rate, which is a pity. The only drawback is that you need to get to it uphill, an impressive mountain. Overall, I was happy with everything. There is a TV, bathroom, toilet are clean, pleasant, cleaned every day. I am completing the review already in 2025. The service was down, the room was dusty when we first arrived, there were some dried-up insects on the floor, and the kettle stand and dishes were also covered in dust. It feels like off-season, to put it mildly, no one here cares about customers. The cafe is naturally closed, unlike last time, in January. Just a minute, in Adler, a room with the same view, with breakfast and with the same conditions cost 1300 cheaper. They're pulling for nothing, it's a shame. Because the level of the hotel is only decreasing over time, there are now many competitors with more presentable rooms and high service. This is the third year I've been coming here, and next time I'll choose a different hotel.

We're resting here now. The hotel is very beautiful and, most importantly, clean. Since we are vacationing with children, cleanliness is the most important thing for us. Pool towels are provided and changed every day. And the usual towels are clean, not washed, as in some hotels. There is a cafe on site, the food is delicious, the staff are understanding if you don't like something. Especially for baby food. Today they added sugar to our porridge and the child ate it on both cheeks. I'm a travel agent myself and I've been through a lot of hotels, I want to come back here! The views from the balcony and terraces of the cafe are stunning. Sea... Mountains... Whatever your heart desires. The pool is washed frequently. It is clean, year-round. There is a sauna. By the way, you can buy delicious wine and guided tours at the reception. One disadvantage is that the hotel is on a mountain and it's easy to go down, but it's quite difficult to climb. But we were ready for this, because these views from above are something magical. Therefore, neither the descent nor the ascent became a minus for us. We will definitely return in the summer or autumn. I don't want to leave at all.

Guys, I'm writing the review as it is.rest for three days in the month of March .pros the view is gorgeous, heated pool, sauna heated for 3.I won 't say about nutrition , they didn 't work in March .the rooms are excellent , hairdryer , bathrobes ,shampoos , shower gels , smoking area . Nearby, the teahouse cafe is delicious and not at all expensive right by the sea (I recommend eggplant salad) ; everything is beautiful , the administrators are well done , they will show everything and tell everything .now the cons.if you are with children and without a car in the summer, when the heat is to rise, you will go crazy, it's really hard.high..The floor is slippery, there are slabs there, and I got hurt a couple of times just in my slippers after the pool, I think it's not safe for children there.I'll put it on 4 , after all , such types are expensive and thanks to the administrators.
