The handyman seems to be on leave as many things need attention. We were offered 4 rooms none of which had air con functioning, all malfunctioning. Breakfast is poorly organised on right angle format so the corner got very crowded as people all met in the corner. 2 pairs of tongs for about 20 plates. Yogurt run out or non existent.

A good inexpensive hotel, top for your money, the breakfasts are not varied, but at the same time there are for every taste, clean rooms, courteous staff. The only negative thing is that it is located on the outskirts, but it's closer to get from the airport, and the metro station is not far from the center.

The rooms are simple, but functional and clean, I stayed the night with pleasure. The air conditioning is central, that is, it will not be possible to turn it on/ off at will, in some rooms it makes a lot of noise, but the temperature is really comfortable. There is a good choice of dishes for breakfast, except that there is not enough ground coffee (only instant). Located near the train station and not the farthest from the airport, it is a good option for this city in terms of cost / convenience.

We were accommodated in this hotel. There are no complaints about the staff. We had an early arrival and the receptionists tried to accommodate us in the room before check-in so that we could relax. Then he also reacted quickly to all our claims. But there are many comments about the hotel itself: 1. The air conditioner in the room was almost not working; 2. The water in the shower did not go away (even after calling the master), 3. The water was barely flowing in the sink from the tap and in any turn the crustacean is hot; 4. The lock in the door was malfunctioning all the time, the door could almost always be opened from the corridor, i.e. if I am in the room, then anyone could open it from the corridor (we can say that they slept open). When leaving the room, I had to cover it with a card. 5. Towels are tired, gray in color 6. The size of the blanket does not match the duvet cover (50 centimeters shorter in width); 7. There are no sides at the base of the bed and the mattress rolls on it like a pancake in a frying pan. You wake up in the morning, half of the mattress is hanging off the bed. 8. There is no kettle and refrigerator in the room (in this heat it was very lacking). 9. Well, the cherry on the cake are COCKROACHES. In general, there are more complaints about the management

good afternoon. we lived in this hotel from 21.06-24.06. the price-quality may be normal, but the rooms are tiny, TV 10 channels. The bathroom is already tired, exhausted, and the shower is mildewed. the mirror is only in the bathroom, the sockets are loose. at their restaurant, the breakfast plates are either in detergent or dirty. rooms are washed very poorly or not at all. the floors remain dirty, towels are changed every other time. They don't put water in the room. The only dishes are a kettle, mugs and tea. on day 2, the remote control stopped working. either the master or the guard came, turned the remote control, CHEWED on the batteries, said it wasn't working, switch the buttons on the TV. the hotel is tired and far from interesting places. There is a view of car service stations from the windows. in general, the area is so-so, it's not particularly safe to walk in the evening, because there are a lot of marginal personalities with a beer.

Stayed at this hotel, the experience is not very, very mediocre place, corresponds to three stars, so you should not expect more.The room key worked poorly, one window did not close at all, so noise from the street is constantly heard in the room, the ceiling above the windows leaks during rain and all the water is on the windowsill, the cord from the hair dryer in the bathroom came off, although it was quickly repaired on request, the holder in the shower was removed along with the watering can. The staff is friendly, but they do not know the assortment of additional services, such as dry cleaning, ironing, etc. Breakfast is not poorly cooked, but the assortment is modest and does not change, but it is quite possible to have dinner, steak and salads are cooked perfectly, this is one of the advantages. Coffee is twice as expensive as in a normal restaurant. Towels are also changed in a timely manner, but that's all.

The hotel is good, very conveniently located, there is Almaty 2 railway station nearby, you can get from the hotel to the necessary place by taxi, trolleybus, buses (10-15 minutes walk to the avenue), free wi-fi is available.
