A good hotel for those who need to come to wash and sleep. The room had a comfortable bed, good plumbing and cleanliness.
The hotel staff is friendly and prompt.
As a recommendation, I would advise you to set up at least one halyk bank terminal so that it would be more convenient for Russian tourists to pay with a unionpay card and put draft beer in the bar.

We stayed in a standard room.
The hotel is good, very conveniently located, there is Almaty 2 railway station nearby, you can get from the hotel to the necessary place by taxi, trolleybus, buses (10-15 minutes walk to the avenue), free wi-fi is available.
However, it is not very convenient to check in at 14:00. The staff was polite and responded to requests as quickly as possible.
The hotel room for two is too small, keep in mind if you plan to stay in it all the time, there is also no refrigerator, bathrobes, towel dryer, which is not very convenient especially in winter.
The room is warm. Wet cleaning was carried out, but unfortunately of poor quality.
The hotel restaurant has a New Year's atmosphere, they only had breakfast there, it would be good if milk was also given hot, at least in winter, special thanks to the chefs!!!

I really liked the hotel, I stayed there for a week, everything is clean and cozy, the rooms are comfortable, polite staff, towels were changed every day and cleaning was done, breakfast is included, buffet, a huge assortment, everything is fresh and delicious, I recommend it to everyone!!

We were accommodated in this hotel. There are no complaints about the staff. We had an early arrival and the receptionists tried to accommodate us in the room before check-in so that we could relax. Then he also reacted quickly to all our claims. But there are many comments about the hotel itself:
1. The air conditioner in the room was almost not working;
2. The water in the shower did not go away (even after calling the master),
3. The water was barely flowing in the sink from the tap and in any turn the crustacean is hot;
4. The lock in the door was malfunctioning all the time, the door could almost always be opened from the corridor, i.e. if I am in the room, then anyone could open it from the corridor (we can say that they slept open). When leaving the room, I had to cover it with a card.
5. Towels are tired, gray in color
6. The size of the blanket does not match the duvet cover (50 centimeters shorter in width);
7. There are no sides at the base of the bed and the mattress rolls on it like a pancake in a frying pan. You wake up in the morning, half of the mattress is hanging off the bed.
8. There is no kettle and refrigerator in the room (in this heat it was very lacking).
9. Well, the cherry on the cake are COCKROACHES.

The rooms are simple, but functional and clean, I stayed the night with pleasure. The air conditioning is central, that is, it will not be possible to turn it on/ off at will, in some rooms it makes a lot of noise, but the temperature is really comfortable. There is a good choice of dishes for breakfast, except that there is not enough ground coffee (only instant). Located near the train station and not the farthest from the airport, it is a good option for this city in terms of cost / convenience.

Among the advantages: near the place where I worked; clean, the room is cleaned every day while I am away; the breakfast buffet is normal; the laundry is reasonably priced and does the laundry quickly; there is a safe, so you can leave valuables in the room.
Among the disadvantages: there is no ventilation, and when you can't open the window, you will suffocate. After all, Nizhny Almaty. There are no drawers in the room with decorative linings instead, and there were only 3 hangers in the closet. Well, I brought a suit in a holdall with my hanger, and then they dragged hangers with shirts from the laundry. As a result, things are in the suitcase.

Why a three, because: there is no refrigerator in the room, there are no mosquito nets on the windows, there are constant loud neighbors, Indians and Chinese do not let them sleep in the morning, and they also cook something of their own garlic, the whole corridor smells of garlic, kapets, went out and all the time forced them to speak lower, it's just kapets. Well, now for the good: we changed the linen, hygiene products and cleaning every day, polite staff.

Останавливались в этой гостинице на несколько дней, остались хорошие впечатления. Номера чистые, со свежим ремонтом. Персонал приветливый. Расположение очень удобное, недалеко от центра. В стоимость включены неплохие завтраки (Аля шведский стол). На первом этаже есть свое кафе, что тоже очень удобно) На этажа стоят кулеры. Так же имеется конференц зал и большая полка с книгами, можно брать почитать))
Из минусов - заселение только после 14:00 и при заселении раньше даже на час нужно платить 50% от стоимости номера за сутки. Так же плохо уходила вода в душе и комплектов полотенец было на одного человека вместо двух, но я считаю это все мелочи ☺️ В целом все понравилось ! Будем останавливаться в этом месте еще)

Stayed at this hotel, the experience is not very, very mediocre place, corresponds to three stars, so you should not expect more.The room key worked poorly, one window did not close at all, so noise from the street is constantly heard in the room, the ceiling above the windows leaks during rain and all the water is on the windowsill, the cord from the hair dryer in the bathroom came off, although it was quickly repaired on request, the holder in the shower was removed along with the watering can. The staff is friendly, but they do not know the assortment of additional services, such as dry cleaning, ironing, etc. Breakfast is not poorly cooked, but the assortment is modest and does not change, but it is quite possible to have dinner, steak and salads are cooked perfectly, this is one of the advantages. Coffee is twice as expensive as in a normal restaurant. Towels are also changed in a timely manner, but that's all.

The rooms are tiny, the air conditioner does not work normally. The hotel staff is absolutely not responsive. Breakfast is just eggs and sausages. For $70 a day, it's just terrible. The towels in the rooms are already very old. I do not recommend this hotel.

The malfunction was quickly fixed. The rooms are clean. There was a lack of staff at breakfast - there were no clean spoons, then the dishes were all eaten, then there was no boiling water. I asked to make cappuccino, they say 1000 tenge - I was surprised. Overall a normal hotel, 3.5 stars.

Спасибо за отзывчивый персонал, вкусные завтраки и своевременную уборку. Приятным сюрпризом стала бесплатная камера хранения для вещей. Гостиница понравилась, просто и со вкусом. Хотелось бы в номере чтобы были ещё маленькие холодильники. Но возможно они и есть в номере классом выше, но всё равно хотелось бы и в самых простых тоже чтоб они были в наличии.

Искали гостиницу на неделю с завтраками, недалеко от центра и по приемлемой цене - не прогадали. До Арбата 10 минут пешком, номера чистые и светлые, уборка была каждый день. Завтраки хорошие, каждый найдет, что поесть. Заварной кофе бесплатный. Девочка на ресепшн улыбчивая и приветливая. Рядом отделение банка, магазины и много кафешек и столовых. Мне все понравилось. Если вернусь в Алматы, обязательно к вам. Спасибо!

The disadvantage is that there is a lot of hair on the floor in the toilet, apparently they don't clean it very much. I liked the room itself. And you can also hear very much in the rooms what they are doing in the corridor. For 3* the hotel is good, and the location near the Almaty -2 railway station. Three minutes on foot. Никогда не останавливайтесь тут, если есть выбор!
Когда-то это явно была неплохая задумка с точки зрения дизайна комнат, качества гостиницы в целом и предоставляемого набора услуг. Персонал в массе своей пытался как-то помочь с возникающими проблемами, однако менеджмент гостиницы явно пытается выдавить все соки и не вкладывать ни копейки.
Минусов оказалось намного больше:
1. Когда приехал, в комнате воняло как на городской помойке -- воняли стоки в душе и туалете. Данную проблему не очень оперативно, но персонал попытался исправить. Через 2-3 дня к запаху либо привыкли, либо он ушел.
2. Когда вы видите в описании номера большую кровать -- ожидайте что это два старых и пролежанных сдвинутых матраса, постельное белье на которых не обновлялось видимо со времени открытия гостиницы (фото к отзыву прилагаю).
3. Руководство гостиницы посчитало адекватным устроить корпоратив 28-го декабря в ресторане в гостинице, который длился с 16-17 часов до 00:30 - 1:00 следующего дня. С учетом отсутствующей шумоизоляции была возможность поприсутствовать на корпоративе, не выходя из номера. Не совсем то, чего вы ожидаете от гостиницы.
4. С 1 по 4 января в гостинице отсутствовал Wi-Fi и каждый день сотрудники обещали что вот-вот уже починят.
5. Приносят рваные полотенца и постельное белье (фото прилагаю к отзыву).
6. Уборщицы считают своим долгом начать в 6 утра уборку с использованием раций и кричания друг другу по коридору (что они вообще могут там обсуждать?!), а при отсутствии шумоизоляции это может вас разбудить.

Персонал приветливый и отзывчивый, в номерах имеются некоторые недочёты связаны с дешёвыии материалами, но чисто. Отсутствует кофемашина, но ассортимент достаточно хорош на завтраке. Звукоизоляция удовлетворительная. В данный момент идёт ремонт в холле 3го этажа, потому запах стройматериалов присутствует
