A nice atmosphere, a cozy design, a pleasant moment- a rack with models of Renault cars of the last and the century before last :) intelligent staff, polite and friendly attitude towards customers, high-quality service with a detailed description of the repair- but if you wish, ask :) in general, they cover a certain disadvantage in price... Not that expensive, but not cheap.

It's just a horror, they can't replace the bumper for 3 months on insurance, for the first month and a half the master at least got in touch and somehow justified himself, now it's a big quest to get through to the body department, if it turned out, they politely inform that the issue is under strict control and the master will call "soon" and clarify everything, but still 2 weeks of silence, the result is a new quest to get through to yourself! It is not clear when the bumper will be replaced, there has never been such a thing in the specified service center before!
