I am a pensioner, I ordered a payment card on 30.12, where a pension is calculated, I paid money for it, since this is the second card, I had to block the first one due to loss, when applying for the card at the branch they said it would be ready within 7 working days, as a result, the card was ready only on 16.01.2026, which caused a number of inconveniences to go to the branch to withdraw a pension, taking into account a snow cyclone and frost. My question is, why is it that when an individual does not pay the same loan in time at the bank, a penalty is charged, and if the bank does not fulfill its obligations on time, then how is the water off the goose?!

They tried to return them back to this branch, to which the answer was received - "we could not issue such bills." Advice to everyone: require checking each bill for compliance with the criteria of solvency upon receipt, otherwise you will not be able to prove anything later.
