Frustrated, I went into this department, as it was starting to work much later than I expected in front of the house. I thought that all my plans had already been ruined, and I would have to sit, as usual, waiting for my turn. Fortunately, the staff worked very quickly! A couple of minutes after my arrival, they called my number. The employee who served me explained everything in an accessible way, helped with the selection and design of the card — for which I thank her very much!

The service is good, I have been to this branch twice and I was satisfied both times. My visits were in the morning, so there were no queues and the specialists were not tired. I understand the dissatisfied visitors, but it's worth remembering that we are all human beings, and the human factor is no stranger to bank employees. Yes, the location is not the best and I want more comfort. Good luck to all.

Disgusting customer service. I'm betting a hard stake. Today, on 18.09.2025, I had to take time off from work to pay an administrative fine, which cannot be paid through ERIP. I came to this branch on purpose, because the payee has a bank account with this bank and it is the nearest one. I took the ticket. There were 3 people in front of me. There were only 2 cash registers. One of the 2 cashiers simply stopped working without accepting a single customer in my presence. The operating cashier guy went out to serve customers at the SELF-service terminal! The remaining cash register served 3 customers in 20+ minutes and closed for a break. And the knight continued to work with the self-service terminal, serving everyone. People who didn't physically apply to his cashier with coupons! I don't mind such help. But not at the expense of the time of people taking coupons to the cashier. As a result, 3 people in front of me turned to me in 48 minutes of precious time (including my service, which took about 7 minutes). In addition, the bank where the recipient's personal account is located charges a 1% commission for card payments from their own bank. An amazing bank!
