After 2 months, they returned to exchange them back, to which an employee of the same department by the name of Kokonina replied that she could not accept them because of their insolvency, namely stains of more than one centimeter.
It turns out that we can issue such bills, but not take them)))

We ordered the withdrawal of cash dollars. At the appointed time, the money was issued, after which 7 banknotes were found in another bank during verification that did not meet the criteria of solvency. They tried to return them back to this branch, to which the answer was received - "we could not issue such bills." Advice to everyone: require checking each bill for compliance with the criteria of solvency upon receipt, otherwise you will not be able to prove anything later. And unscrupulous bank employees will get away with it
