Good afternoon! 05/01/2025 time 14:30+/- I stopped by to refuel the car, the last one in line was at the checkout, I took chips for promotions and while the operator was ordering, I asked where the drinking water was, they pointed out to me for the rack, which took 3 seconds of the operator's waiting time while I took the water and a remark was made to my address that before you go to the checkout, take what you need, and only then go to the checkout because I'm delaying!!! Detaining who? There was no one behind me, I was standing alone at the checkout, to which the operator again pointed out that I was detaining her, as she had enough work without me! To say that I was shocked is an understatement, since I've been going to this gas station since it opened and all the operators always offer tea, coffee, and water with me. There was a residue and no desire to come there again.
