The service is good, there is an electronic queue, the staff are attentive and polite. But interactive TV has a limited number of service packages. I wanted fewer TV channels and a cheaper price, but I couldn't do it.

Just a terrible attitude towards customers, starting from the connection, ending with the delivery of equipment in the office itself, to sit for 2 hours , employees walk impressively, as if an empty hall. Other operators are already working in the 21st century, bayfly back in the 19th. I do not recommend it to anyone, the most expensive tariffs, the worst Internet!!!!

Huge queues on weekdays, few open reception windows. It's easier to take a ticket and go shopping. I killed a whole hour to have a reception, and it took only 3 minutes to solve my question. Repairs are being carried out and the entire reception has been moved to another sensitive place.

I've been using A1 services for three years, but here's the sad news: Beltelecom is the only Internet provider in your house. As a teenager, I found the period when my father dealt with this office as part of the Byfly, and now, due to the absence of the A1 provider in his city, he is dealing with them now and dreams of getting rid of them, I understood that there would be problems with these guys, but I did not think that such and right away. I came to sign a contract, I sat in line for 2 hours, okay, they work slowly, it's familiar to everyone, and here's a miracle, my number and I go to a specialist, we discussed all the nuances with the tariff and I asked if possible, since the box with the wire is installed near the entrance door to the apartment, and the TV is in the hall, i.e., a wired connection is problematic due to the layout of the apartment, provide me with a set-top box with a wireless connection (I used it from a wellcom in general smartly) they smiled sweetly at me and gave me such a set-top box, they said that I could approach another specialist and he would activate the access point for me and, just arriving home, I would just turn on the modem and the set-top box into the outlet and be able to immediately use all services, taking into account the replenished balance. But then the complete thrash began. I haven't even had time to use the services yet, and I have minus, MINUS, CARL on my balance!!! And therefore it was impossible to check the console for performance, but I was assured that everything would be OK. When I arrived home, I connected a modem, a TV set-top box and threw in a lot of money, but there is no Internet or TV. A call to Beltelecom clarified the situation: I do not have an access point connected. Hello, your mother, how is it, if a person did it on my computer for 25 minutes in the salon and said: everything is fine, enjoy! . OK, okay, redirected to those.the specialist who remotely set up the point and then it came to the TV ..... it turned out that the TV could not work for me, because THEY GAVE ME A SET-TOP BOX THAT was NOT SUITABLE FOR MY TARIFF (how is it at all? On the bike, there were three tariffs changed to 1 TV set-top box and ***, and here "features"), although I waited 30 minutes for these nuances with a specialist girl and I was assured that everything was OK. Okay, they said for a replacement, wait for the call. Until I called the office myself, no one even showed interest in the "left application". And the apogee of this hell was the fact that my TV tariff can be connected exclusively by wire (well, yes, when they drove their box to the farthest corner of the apartment, away from the living room, they did not remember about their ancient TV connection technologies). I reminded the specialist about the difficulties of connecting by wire, since it would need a lot, I was assured that the master would solve this problem. I hope tomorrow the master will not decide to just throw the wire straight, arguing that there is no necessary length or limit on the length of the cable used, and I will not have to jump over it like jumping rope when entering the apartment and heading to the hall. In general: Beltelecom is a mixture of incompetence, greed (tariff prices) and stupidity.And I hope that they will make a point for A1 in my house very soon and I will return there

I went to this branch to change the Internet tariff. There are no questions about services in general, but service is a shame. He told me what tariff I had chosen and what I needed. As usual, they offered a discount on the current one and began to persuade. I refused several times and in the end I had to explain why I needed what I came for, and not what was being imposed on me. We discussed the main - key points, as it seemed to me, and I left. At home, I have already discovered that several different paid services are connected, which were not initially agreed upon and which I absolutely do NOT need. And the prices for them could only be found on the website. Of course, I understand that I had to read the contract carefully. But there were a decent number of pages in small print and I hoped for the adequacy of a specialist, but instead they even offered me paid services to the phone, although I repeated several times that I do not have a phone and I do not use it at ALL (unfortunately, you cannot connect the Internet without it). Bottom line: specialists impose services that are more profitable for them than at the bazaar, they connect paid services without your consent. P.S. The call in the waiting queue is not predictable. There is a tableau with numbers, but you don't have to look for the logic of the sequence of numbers.

The electronic system does not allow a live queue to turn into a farce, which would be accompanied by phrases like "I have three women behind me: one is white, the second is tall, the third is striped," i.e. this issue, in general, has been resolved. Of course, several sofas in the lobby are needed, and such a number of them and, as a rule, a large degree of filling prepare the visitor for the fact that he will have to WAIT, WAIT and WAIT again! However, the waiting time depends on the purpose of the visit to the center. The quality of an organization's work depends on how smoothly services are provided, whether problems arise related to the sloppiness of its employees, as well as how quickly problems are solved. To be honest, in 4 and a half years of cooperation with the operator Beltelecom, there were not many troubles in the work of TV and the Internet, however, the case of March 17, 2022 is egregious. We have a package of services connected to the contract - Zala TV, Internet and landline phone. And so, on this "beautiful" day, access to the Internet is stopped via the Beltelecom channel for an untrue reason - "insufficient amount in the account", while Zala and the phone are working. The service center recognizes that there are enough funds in the account, they do not know why there is no Internet access, the technical support service has not solved the issue in a week. My two calls to the so-called "techies" and 3 visits to the center have so far yielded nothing. Recalculation with a refund for unproven services, although paid for by me, has also not been done. I had to connect the Internet using another operator. Beltelecom's work is currently pulling in a maximum of 3 points out of five.

I specifically called beforehand, since the contract was signed for my husband, can I, being registered at the same address, change the equipment without the presence of the owner. I was told that yes, no problem, come. Arriving at the service center from the district, after waiting in line for about an hour, I get the answer that the person who signed the contract must be present, and they have no idea who gave me other information. I call 123 again, they give me the same information, no problem, I can change it. When I explained the situation, I was asked to wait, and eventually they said that the rules had changed at the service center. When they could have changed, they gave me a consultation on 09/22/22, and on 09/23/22 they just turned me around and sent me home. As a result, 3 hours of lost time, incompetence of specialists and a very unpleasant impression of Beltelecom in general.
