Tariffs for pensioners have not been developed at all.Why would a pensioner need more than a hundred television channels when, at best, he watches no more than five or six. No one asks about it either. They offered to send us a master who would restore the outlet with fiber , but even then they shit themselves and gave the master the wrong address , in short , it 's a complete achtung , As a result : they do not offer competent services, I do not get in touch with a person what and how they arrange at home . There are some dodics that are not competent and cannot even coordinate with each other .

Beltelecom is the worst place where I connected it! Less than a month has passed since I connected on January 21), and the second day brings me to a nervous breakdown. The first is that if the money runs out, everything is immediately cut off. Secondly, I put the subscription fee on the account in full for a month, but half a month passed, the money was suddenly withdrawn without any warning and everything was cut off, the operator said they had withdrawn the payment for the phone for the month of January. I could have paid for the phone last month separately, just like I paid before! But they withdrew without asking, and people have money at the moment, so that no one is interested in putting it back into the account. I took the promised payment, the next day, with a positive balance, the console does not work again, they said the problem is in the cable, the masters can send it, but if the problem is in the cable (which they also put), then for some reason I have to pay for it! The question is, why should I pay for your cable? I have it in such a way that no one could damage it from home. Conclusions: I also have to pay for their malfunctions. It's called everything for people. After half a month of using Beltelecom, I want to get away from them, and I will do so! AND I WILL NOT ADVISE ANYONE, BUT ON THE CONTRARY!!! There was also an operator from Gomel, she spoke in a rude, nervous way!!!

And for people living in a private house, there are practically no options with fiber connection. And this doesn't work for them.
