There are always huge queues. They take it very slowly. There is no consultant, there is no one to ask a question, and the operators: "we don't answer questions." We handed over the equipment and also heard enough about how stupid we are and do not understand anything, we also thought that we would regret it too late. Long queues. I wrote this 4 years ago. 08/15/22 I spent more than two hours there, from 12.00 to 14.15. Two hours and this is not the limit for such an institution. 3-4-5 jobs were not working at the same time, there was no administrator. The visitors waited a bit and left. There is no control from the administration there. After clinics, this is the next place to waste your time.
