But it quickly became outdated, the equipment is old, the Internet works intermittently, WiFi is generally zero, when you contact technical support, they change the modem to the same, and then they advise you to raise the tariff by 100 or more. But the quality of this, alas, does not get better. Modems are provided at 2.4 MHz. When you come to disconnect, they try to lure you with discounts.

Very Polite Staff. On March 18, 2022, at 08:00, I Arrived To Connect The Internet.A Girl Met Me At The entrance, Knocked Out The Right Ticket For Me, Even Asked Me To Get To The Right Table (Since I Can't see). Not Everywhere They Spend Time In Organizations (BLIND People). And They brought him back to the exit After Signing an Internet contract. All My Questions Were Answered Immediately WITHOUT Hesitation. They Know All The Information On The Site.

I came to turn off the Internet because Beltelecom's Internet quality has become terrible. Mobile Internet is faster and more stable. Very slow service. 4 people came before me, 3 operators out of probably 8 were absolutely on the brakes, waited 40 minutes. There is actually no parking.

There are always queues and long waiting times. If you want to visit quickly, you will not succeed! Expect to spend from 30 minutes to 1 hour. It was 1 hour and 20 minutes that I spent in the electronic queue on Saturday morning. Otherwise, everything is fine: The specialists are competent and friendly.

Terrible company. The service is at the level of the 80s of the last century . The staff is not qualified, they seem to respond politely, but they cannot or do not want to solve more than one question. The principle is that the customer is always right.. it doesn't work here in principle. There is nothing more to add. I do not advise anyone to get a lot of problems and wasted nerves.

Good afternoon to all, if it is possible to connect to another provider, then it is better to avoid beltelecom. We re-connected the tariff for the smart lounge on the recommendation of an employee, it turned out that the Samsung TV did not support this function, although the employee knew what kind of TV we had. Now I spend my day off to get my tariff and money back, and my wife also needs to take time off from work because the contract is on it. There is no approach to the client, only creating a problem for the client.
