This hotel is for those who have no requests at all. Even for a clean room, at least a little delicious food. 1. It takes 3.5 hours to get to the hotel. They will tell you about 2 hours when selling the tour and on the bus, but this is....pi...cheating in general. We arrived late and were told about the "night soup", which in fact we never found. Wi-Fi is free only in the lobby, we bought cards. The reception is great in general. We are not tight-fisted, honestly say that there is no change, so we will not wait. Why promise to give and not give. Upon arrival, we were given a room that was dirty, there were half-empty shampoos in the bathroom (apparently from previous guests), the shower doors were all covered and not even fully closed, the mirrors were streaked and stained, there were no batteries in the remote control, 2 sets of towels for 3 people, some of the lights did not work, 1 key on the number was given out, not convenient. One bedspread, it is also a blanket for 1 bed. They refused to relocate even for a fee, saying everything was occupied. The maids. A separate song. They don't even knock on the door. I would say they just open the door and fly in. They've left us a couple of times with varying degrees of exposure, and I understand that they've seen everything in this life, but I want to relax and not wait for someone to come to you while you're sleeping or changing clothes. We left tips and we got (oh my God) a 2nd bedspread. Before leaving, the pillowcase slipped off the pillow and we saw an absolutely dirty yellow pillow, covered in pieces of dirt. They almost threw up. 2. Nutrition. There are a lot of vegetables and herbs, but in fact there is nothing to eat. So much for tomatoes, so much for cucumbers, and so much for a tomato and cucumber salad. Zucchini and eggplant were sometimes saved. There aren't even any signs anywhere explaining what kind of culinary event it is on a plate on the buffet. Therefore, they tried to try something at their own risk. For the most part, they were thrown out later. Of the fruits, only plums, watermelon, I saw apples a couple of times, oranges were given 2 times. Of the meat, only chicken is constantly in some strange sauces and some disgusting-tasting meatballs/ cutlets/sausages in some wildly unpalatable sauce. There were desserts of the same type, but in general it was possible to eat. The rice porridge is watery, the omelet is straight liquid, I couldn't even bring myself to try. The coffee from the vending machine tastes worse than instant coffee, and it's impossible to drink it. We foolishly decided to drink water and juice from local vending machines (Everything is included). As a result, the husband vomited loudly and for a long time, showing the attitude of his body to this hotel. 3. Animation, weak, but they seem to be trying. 4. They caught either a virus or poisoning and lay for 4 days with fever and nausea just in the room. On the plus side, they found a good place nearby and ate there. Good coffee at the coffee shop down the street, the Turkish medicines are good, we bought vitamins with us. Make your own conclusions, we flew for the 1st time, but we definitely won't come back here again.

There is a bar on the beach, there are enough sun loungers for everyone. What's more, there are 2 swimming pools on the territory. There is a slide, deep and large pools. Perhaps this is the end of the advantages. Oh yes, the sun beds by the pool at 7 am are already occupied with towels. And these Russian compatriots don't even lie there all day, but the towels are hanging! Neither to myself nor to people, and it pisses me off! We went to this hotel according to the reviews, there were both bad and good ones. I was starting out, and I thought that many people are just picking on me already when they write that, like, what kind of hotel? What 4 stars. And I agree with them. We didn't expect anything super wow, we thought it was an ordinary foursome by the sea. This is Mahmultar. When we first arrived, everyone understood, we got into a territory where everyone just looks at you sideways. To begin with, Wi-Fi is free only in the lobby, and that's so-so. I bought it for 14 euros for 7 days, they promised that there would be fishing throughout the hotel, but.... The password must be entered every time you visit this Internet! The hotel has 3 blocks. The pool is the newest and nicest, mostly foreigners live there, and everyone else is here. The elevator is just hellish. Just like in Soviet times. Although some were given, I asked at the reception, they said they would give and there was nothing. The maid is just a crazy Russian girl who takes tips and "cleans up" so that all the garbage is under the bed! Max takes out the garbage from the toilet and that's it! In 7 days, 1 cleaning was done and that, according to STRICT requirements from our side. Shampoo and soap do not lie, only if, again, you go down to the reception yourself and ask - they give! But the maid won't give you anything! Toilet paper also had to be begged at the reception. The "trick" of the hotel is that EVERYTHING turns off when leaving the room! Including air conditioning! They tried to ask for a spare key so that it would always be there - they didn't even give it for money, they said that it was FORBIDDEN for safety reasons! The audibility in the hotel is like having neighbors in your room!In the hallway too. We were in block B. 304 number. In a word, to spend the night and that's it. The safe is paid, there is no Internet, as I said. Only for money. What a bar. There is booze, beer, vodka, wine. Everything is local. It's tasteless, there's no degree, you can drink a lot, but I'm not a drinker - I didn't really care, I tried it and that's it. Restaurant: This is hard labor! Everyone is ALWAYS hungry! Yesterday was watermelon day, there were invited artists and drummers. But this is it, we left because it was not professional and boring. The hotel has a subway to the beach, its own, its own. It closes at 19.30. Then just across the road to bypass! The rule is also stupid! at this time, people also want to go to the sea. But the locals come to swim there, but we went every evening. The staff does not take money! You won't even change a better room for money, because they are NOT in this hotel! And no one will pour you better cocktails for a tip. No, no, and no again! I don't understand who is writing positive reviews here. Pegasus tourist just merged! We drove from the airport for 4 hours in a bus where the air conditioning was HOT! We were just going crazy! No complaints helped! Pegasus doesn't care! And there was silence on the claim to change the hotel! Of course, we closed our eyes, not proud, we still went on a hot ticket from Chelyabinsk for 240 thousand for 4 people. But, the sediment remained very bad. CHECK-IN AT THE HOTEL The lobby of the hotel looks like a waiting room, where tired people seem to be waiting for something, buried in their phones. Later we realized that only the lobby has free Wi-Fi) If you want Internet everywhere, then pay $ 23 for 10 days on one device! And you can't give away this Internet! They warn you about it and they can find out. If you give it away, everything will be blocked and the money will not be refunded. We spat on it and bought a 50 GB SIM card at the nearest mobile phone store. We inserted it into our old smartphone, which distributed the Internet to us everywhere, even at sea. The safe is also paid, $ 20 for 10 days. The safe is very small and locks with a key. There is no bar in the lobby, there is a bar in block A. The sofas are all very old, wrinkled, and stained. There are almost never any empty seats. The people at the reception are not smiling at all, but they are polite and ready to help. There is a luggage storage room. THE TERRITORY OF THE HOTEL The territory is not very large, there are two swimming pools, one of which has a slide. And the main large swimming pool, with a stage where all the events take place. As we have already written here, if you like to sleep before lunch, then you will not see sun beds as your ears) I took the sun beds at 6:15 and almost everyone was already occupied there. Basically, a couple of times, when we came after breakfast, the guy at the pool was completely free, took out a couple of sun beds and an umbrella from the back room and handed it to us. We thanked him $. Overall, the hotel is very tired and is crying out to be renovated. The pool is clean, the sun beds and mattresses on them are dead. Towels are not provided, be sure to take them with you. I liked the fact that most of the pool remains in the shade until 12 p.m. and you won't need umbrellas. There is not much greenery on the territory of the hotel, but it is cared for and watered. There is a shop on site where you can buy all sorts of small items, towels, sun creams, and a lab coat :) The hotel itself, as already mentioned here, consists of three buildings. The buildings themselves are all old, very shabby furniture, carpets, very old elevators. There are no elevators, so when we lived in Block A, we used the elevator for staff, which is not very allowed. Well, just because it's the only one you can really wait for. Another, newer elevator, it is not clear at all what logic works and you can wait for it for a very long time. There are two bars on site, one in Block A and the other near the pool. Another one on the beach. The choice of drinks is very limited. I can't say anything about alcohol, I don't drink, but people drank mostly beer and wine. I haven't seen any interesting cocktails from people. If you ask for a non-alcoholic cocktail, they will pour you some kind of liquid stuff from a vat and tell you that it is a cocktail. Powdered coffee with milk, attention, 0.015% Seriously, I have never seen such milk in my life))) Tea bags. Everything is available almost around the clock and in unlimited quantities. Number This is my No. 1 pain, which is why I gave this title to my review. Let me remind you that I am really a very unassuming tourist. But these numbers are simply monstrous!!! Seriously! The room resembled a hospital room in the most terrible hospital in the USSR. The walls were horribly painted some kind of sickly yellow, and the closet was very old and falling apart. Old, sagging mattresses. There are no blankets in the rooms, there are only some not very thick white bedspreads. One bedspread for a double bed. To be fair, when we asked for another blanket, they gave it to us without any problems. The phones in the rooms don't work, either because they are old or broken. Why they are needed there in principle is not clear. There are very few outlets in the rooms, take pilots! The bathroom is also monstrous and resembles a "hospital": old plumbing, a shower room with falling-off doors. When I write "old", it's not plumbing from five years ago. I wouldn't even pay attention to that. This is of course plumbing, which is about 15 years old and which is so busy that it can no longer be hidden. And I don't want to touch anything. It is clear that the air conditioners were installed after the construction of the hotel and did not particularly care about the health of their guests, because in both rooms where we lived, they were directed to the bed. Moreover, they were not regulated in any way from the remote control. Even if it's 18 degrees, even if it's 28 degrees, it blows on the bed like an icy stream. As a result, hello snot and a cold in the middle of the vacation. We got out of the situation and just threw a small towel on top of the air conditioner so that the stream would flow into the towel. Speaking of towels. They're all torn and stained. I never thought in my life that I would ever pay such attention, but these are really very washed towels with holes. It's more like rags that you really don't want to wipe yourself with. We didn't like the first room they put us in. No, really, the sink was so low that I had to bend over and hit the shelf under the mirror, from which everything was always falling. I was also carried to the rocks and risked serious injuries if I were thrown out. Trying to swim out, I waited for this vaunted "lifeguard" in a bright yellow T-shirt with the inscription "LIFEGUARD" to do something: throw me a circle on a rope or try to do something himself. I was relatively close to the shore and a circle on the rope would have helped. But he just stood on the shore, watched as I unsuccessfully rowed and showed me where to swim, seeing perfectly well that I was not coping. When my husband couldn't stand it and rushed to me, this "rescuer", would you believe it, STARTED HOLDING HIS HANDS and wouldn't let him come to me. I was surprised, and I stopped panicking))) I don't know, maybe they don't save women in Turkey, but then I was puzzled for a second)) Then another Turk (a hotel guest) also couldn't stand it and rushed to me, but the rescuer blocked his way)) It even made me laugh for a second)) Anyway, my husband started shouting that I was his wife, pushed the "lifeguard" away and helped me. Otherwise you will live in a room like us - among rocks and algae))) Overall, this hotel did not leave a very pleasant impression. I swear, I've never rated hotels so low. I've been to a lot of places, lived a lot of places, but this is the first time I've seen this. An old, dirty, shabby hotel that needs to close, retire and rest. Or demolish and build a new one. Or make a renovation. Yes, I understand everything, we paid a small price for it: 73 thousand per person for 11 days, at the height of the season, it's a gift. But I just wrote down my impressions and what I saw there, the price fully corresponded to the level of the hotel. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It's a long and far journey, living in old rooms with old furniture, drying off with dirty towels, eating only eggs for breakfast, getting up at 3 a.m. to take the last sunbed - I do not know who might like it. OK, I'll buy a paid one. There is no closet in the room, but only a crossbar in the wall with three hangers? Well, it happens! On the beach, the entrance to the sea is cut down in the slab for 20 meters and in order to go for a swim, you need to shove a bunch of people who are huddled closer to the shore? Well, okay, I'll swim to the depths somehow. Is the food in the restaurant very poor? Well, I didn't come here to eat! Instead of blankets in the rooms, a waffle cape? Well, it's not winter, I won't freeze! But what I was not ready for was that when I came to the room on the 3rd day, I would not find a bed. There were two tiny beds in my room, which were shifted when I checked in to get some kind of a large double bed. And so one of them, without my knowledge, without asking me and coming to my room in my absence, was simply taken away! They took it and took it away! Leaving me with one tiny bed, not even a bunk bed. When I started to find out what the hell it all happened, they answered me at the reception: We have a lot of guests, we need a bed. We don't have beds, we took yours. I say, maybe you don't have any money? Didn't you take mine? They refused to return the bed to me, and this was the point of no return. I called the travel agent, the hotel guide and the guest relations service. During the conversation, it turned out that the room in which I lived did not correspond to the room category for which I paid. They stupidly put me in an attic room on the 7th floor without a closet, although I was supposed to live in a full-fledged room no higher than the 6th floor with a closet and a normal bed! Summarizing: 1. Accommodation: you may be placed in the wrong room for which you paid, and then the bed will be stolen! There will be a cape instead of a blanket. The safe is also paid. The hotel and the room stock as a whole are very tired. Cleaning is carried out on the dump, towels and bed linen are not changed. Instead of cards, there are antediluvian keys! The electric power and the air conditioner turn on if you put in a special keychain. But the conder cannot be turned off from the remote control. You can only pull out this keychain, but then everything will turn off. 2. Food: be prepared to be content with little, no omelets, fried eggs and only cooked pancakes for breakfast. Boiled eggs with a factory stamp on the shell are all you can count on. Lunch and dinner - one type of meat (more often chicken) and fish (was not identified) a little bit of salads and vegetables. Side dish - pasta and rice. Sometimes stewed vegetables. Watermelons and melons are available, at least something. Queues at the restaurant are like a sausage in short supply! I had a rest from 06/16/24/2023. I arrived at 21.00, they brought me to the hotel around 2.00 am, checked in right away, but it's a long way to go. The main attractions are also very far away. In general, the hotel is not bad, if you take into account the low cost. The pools are clean. The beach is clean, big, good, but 6 out of 7 days there was a red flag, the first day people were still afraid, they had already climbed into the storeroom, the lifeguard scored, but in general it is quite dangerous because of the entrance from the slab and boulders near the shore, for sure for children. There are a lot of sun beds, you need to bring your own towel. Since there are not many approaches along the coastline, and this (as the migrating Russians said the most successful) is a huge pandemonium in the area between the sun beds and the water, people coming, those who do not rent hotel beds (not very pleasant, everything is on the sand on towels with a bunch of things, Anapa). The food is the simplest, for breakfast mostly boiled eggs, there was an omelet twice, there was a thin rice porridge (add sugar + salt, and it's fine), for lunch one side dish was rice (mostly pasta once) and chicken (only she), dinner two side dishes rice + potatoes, from chicken meat and minced meat products (Turkish, specific), greens and vegetables are plentiful, Turkish cheeses of all kinds are soft too. Fruits -apples, oranges, a couple of times there was a watermelon. You won't stay hungry, but even I, as a lover of rice and chicken, howled by the middle of the vacation and attacked the meat upon arrival. The beer is good, but it is paid on the beach (water, soda and coffee in milipizric plastic cups on the beach), you can carry it from the pool bar in special large plastic cups. The white wine is not bad. The room is sooooo tired, the plumbing is in a raid, I think it just won't get off, instead of a blanket there is a waffle sheet (it hurts for a fresh red tan), the mattress is wooden, I put blankets from the closet under the sheets, more or less. Water is not brought to the room. The hammam is not bad. There are sooo few people in the hotel, the same pink building with rooms overlooking the sea was not inhabited at all, empty, the beach is also empty, respectively, but this is even a plus. I rested alone, no one bothered, everyone is very detached and friendly (they storm only the first 2-3 days to persuade you to a hammam and a course of massages, then they are not interested in you fortunately). It takes 3-3.5 hours by bus from Antalya, the hotel is medium-sized, the rooms are shabby, the linen is dirty, the hot water was only in the middle of the day and then not always.
