The door on the key was broken by someone before us ) the food is terrible , if someone wrote that you would not stay hungry , so we went hungry all days . Well, in general, it's already lunch, after the beach, pool, etc. I remembered about the replacement of the room only in the evening, I went to ask, the manager is no longer there)))) but the next day it was changed, with a view of the city. If I hadn't forgotten to remind myself, maybe it would have been faster. Two pools, the one closer to the beach is bigger and warmer, the one with a slide is cooler. A bar with alcohol near the large pool, a dining room in the same place. The food is excellent, salads cannot be counted, two types of soup for lunch, fish, chicken, vegetables, fruits, greens. The meat is mostly chicken. But it is always there. As they explained to us later on the tour, because of the price of meat. Additionally, there was a chicken shish kebab near the bar, there were also a liver with vegetables on an open fire and tortillas, this is in addition to the food in the dining room. It's very fun to participate. The only thing I didn't like was that in order for you to be given a comfortable room, you need to pay an additional $ 20 (well, I think it's clear to everyone that this is some kind of kickback, not an additional payment ...) The maids clean the room every day. The entrance to the sea is rocky, and if you want to swim comfortably, it is better to go to Cleopatra beach. The fare costs 5 liras per person, it takes 30 minutes to drive. Sun beds for the whole day will cost only 20 liras for two. There is a snack bar on the hotel beach from 11:00 to 16:00, which serves French fries, vegetables and very tasty cutlets))), as well as burgers. On the territory of the hotel and on the beach, in addition to bars, there are vending machines with water and juices. In general, the hotel is very good and justifies its money.

Allegedly, tourists still live in our rooms, because their flight was canceled and they can't kick them out, they offered us 2 visiting families (I want to say not familiar) to live together in one 2-room room for a day, in which there is no door and a bathroom, sorry, in one of the rooms ... Both families refused, to which he offered us to find a room in another hotel for a day... We were shocked... It's like there are no rooms available in their hotel, except for the 2-room one! When he realized that we were all incompetent, there were screams, misunderstandings. We all went to the reception together, there's a manager's office next to it, so we all went to him. The two of them have already started offering us that room for 2 families and as a gift a safe and champagne, etc. We all wanted separate rooms from the road... and we stand our ground, after a while they find 2 rooms for us, we got a very small room, in building B on the 5th floor ... The only thing that saved us was that we only slept in the room, but walked and walked all day long! The sea is great, warm, the weather is cool, leaving the hotel is a city where you can walk ... The food is so-so! I don't understand their sweets at all, liquid substances, meat is only chicken, and so soy is solid! The territory is small,2 adult pools,2 children's,a slide,include time. The beach is not bad, it's big, but the entry into the sea is terrible, there were injuries.The sea with big waves, everyone is sitting on the rocks like seals and trying to run into the water when the wave departs.It is difficult for children to enter the sea, they prefer the pool. The passage to the beach underground, I want to note that those who clean the territory, by the pool and the passage to the beach-work perfectly, always clean. The beach bar is good, there are French fries, cutlets, vegetables,coffee,tea,drinks, beer.At 10.00 there is already a queue, after a "hearty" breakfast..... There is no ice cream. The main restaurant is large, but the passage to it is through the hall, which houses a shared toilet and the smell is terrible. The food is monotonous, boring, everything is snapped up quickly, there is a queue for an omelet, spoons, forks, plates must be waited for, the tablecloths are dirty.If you come late, then there is little food...You have to wait for a place at the table. The waiters grab the plates (they are standing over the soul)....I managed to eat it!!!It feels like this is a dining room and not the best.Rice porridge-milk and three pieces of rice... they pour it on the eye in the bar..."as I poured, so I poured", cocktails-"as I mixed, so I mixed"....the volume varies in glasses.The tubes are there, then not....If there is, I threw it. Wi-Fi is missing.Vacationers go to a bar on the main street, buy a burger and use Wi-Fi there, nonsense! Animation.....none at all. Masha is an animator, she took care of children in the children's room, without desire, if you paint a T-shirt for money, then attentiveness itself....in the evening, children's animation is the same thing, a stupid joke and a vacuum cleaner, a refrigerator, quack-quack.... Then adult, contests are boring....and let's go to the disco who wants to.Everything!!! Mukhmutlar is a beautiful place, good shops and restaurants, the embankment is beautiful, Alanya is not far away, you can go and see the sights yourself....but if you choose that, just not this hotel. The hotel is blacklisted by many tour operators, the manager needs to think about it.....Maybe it's time to change something...or is it all at random????
