We were in Turkey for the first time from 09.09.-16.09 with Mom and son 5 years old, and got to this hotel, which the tour operator San Mar recommended to us! Let's start with the fact that 150 km from the airport- you drive 4.5 hours as the bus delivers tourists to all hotels and you are almost the last. We arrived, they immediately told us at the reception that if you want a room with a sea view, then you will be charged $ 20, which we refused and gave us building B. The room is good, but as it was initially stated that repairs were made this year, I did not see, the rooms are all dirty and they stink.. Next, about the pools, the one with a slide, the slide is open only at certain hours, and the pool is open until 18:00 pm only, water samples are not taken at all. Food : it's something with something!! It's the first time I've been to a buffet and there's nothing to eat!! There is not much meat at all, only chicken forearms can be eaten, the rest are local sausages, which are impossible to eat, soy meat is rubber and bony river tasteless fish, soups are all tomato and spicy, tasteless, salads are unbearable from what, in short, we went hungry and from what we ate these salads of cucumbers and tomatoes and rolls, on We made normal French fries on the beach, but every day it gets boring.Everyone's stomachs hurt, everything was on pills, so if you decide to take it with you. My favorite for the title of the worst hotel in the world What's wrong. In short, it is completely unsanitary: a dirty toilet (cleaner at the airport), flies and stones in the food, dishes in drops and stains, glasses are on a clogged pallet, a shabby room with stains of unknown origin on the walls and curtains. Plus: the first coastline (if you don't care where to sleep and there is no minimum squeamishness). A little bit about my travel claims - I usually travel around Europe on my own, spend the night in hostels, so there were no high expectations from the place. I was given a room on the ground floor of Building B. There was a surprise in the room: the previous guests had not been cleaned. The bathroom, to put it mildly, was dirty: the toilet was not flushed, there was hair on the walls, the trash was overflowing. I return to the reception, the hotel staff explains that they allegedly met me halfway and settled in ahead of time. They shrug at my "I didn't ask to be checked in ahead of time" and "you would like to move into a room with a dirty toilet." After cleaning, the hair on the walls remained. About the room: dilapidated, springs protrude on the mattress (feel like a princess on a pea), dirty, again. There is zero noise insulation, you can hear every car passing by the hotel and the neighbors' conversations. I won't write much about food. From the abundance of flies that landed on her, she ate mainly what the nearest supermarket would send. The napkins on the tables are stained and torn, as if they were previously used as a litter for street cats. Another touch to the responsiveness of the staff. The first day at the hotel, I'm going to sleep and find that there is no duvet cover in the bedding set. The reception responds in the spirit of "if you don't like it, you can go": "And where have you been before? We won't find anything for you right now. If you are not satisfied, change the hotel." About the work of the Odeon tours tour operator and how I tried to change the hotel. The next morning, I went to a meeting with the guide Kamil with the firm intention of changing the hotel. I found the guide arguing with other guests (the subject of conversation is the same - which dump we were put in). I had to wait 2 hours for the conversation - Kamil described the excursions in all colors. Take out a couple of things at least in quotes: - "You will not remember about dirty plates." Context - other tourists complained about the dirt, and he suggests switching from dirt to an excursion (paid, of course). "If you deceive me, I will deceive you too." The context is about buying excursions from others. After everyone bought the tours, I was finally able to write a claim. When I was there, the issue of replacing the hotel was decided by another family, usually vacationing in Rixos. The guide told them in plain text: "Do not make such mistakes, do not go to this hellhole after Rixos" (Rixos Rixos, and it is also unpleasant for me to be in this Bone club after hostels like Generator Stockholm). As Kamil said, I was supposed to respond to the claim by phone call during the next working day. I didn't wait for the call, and when the Wi-Fi went down (it's very tight here) I saw a message from 15.43 - you can move there, the surcharge is 110 eur, inform me about the decision before 16.00. That is, in fact, 15 minutes to think (apparently, I had to sit all day at the reception, where Wi-Fi catches-Fi) with an additional payment of about 7k rubles for the remaining 3 nights. No "apologies for the inconvenience", no alternatives, no promised call. Instead of the result: the hotel and the tour operator did everything to make my vacation unforgettable with a minus sign. The weather in Turkey at the end of September is excellent, and that's all that pleased me.

We stopped by on 07/15/2021 at the reception from the threshold of a certain Vera-the administrator began to poke and talk as if we had come to her house to live for free. To the remark that she didn't stop, the whole rest, she said "I don't know" to any question, snapped and went to the back room. They settled us in building B on the 5th floor. The cleanliness and condition of the rooms will be shown in the photo below. 4 more rooms were occupied with us on this floor. All rooms had dirt, breakage, and were missing from toilet paper to pillows. Everyone started to get indignant!the cleaners, more like a gypsy camp, began to show that they did not understand either Russian or English, we began to demand an adminstrator, immediately the cleaners began to understand us and say that the administrator did not need to be called. The same Vera came, who was surprised not to understand what we were dissatisfied with and began to call us inadequate. We went down the whole floor to the reception and went to the manager. After the outrage was already there, we were settled in building A on the 6th floor. In order not to be outraged, they gave us the keys to the safe for free, although we had all inclusive and were not warned that the safe was paid ($ 2 per day). This room was no better than the first one. A shower in the room is an easy way to commit suicide. In which, if you do not kill yourself, you will drown yourself, since the drain does not work. Food is shit!! No, not shit, but food, even cattle are given better. There are no tablecloths, the dishes are all broken, chipped, as they snatched 2 glass glasses and went with them all the rest, and the waiters tried to take them away! There were both children and drunk adults in line at the bar. I worked at the bar for 1 person and had to stand over a glass of beer for 20 minutes. There is a stench and dirt in the dining room. At the request to put more additives, they replied that it was impossible, it was not allowed!!! Dirty smelly toilets, no soap, no light, flies, stink, dirt. The entire territory of the hotel is polluted: gobies, chlorine from the pool, spilled alcohol and leftovers, burnt oil. All this did not fade even on the street. Dough was being fried outside, ala donuts, the stench and soot from the oil stood up to the sky. People were queuing up for the dough to at least eat something. Fruits are not washed, watermelons are not ripe, mashed potatoes are sweet. The beach bar, like the beach itself, is dirty, one person barely works, I had to stand for 20-30 minutes behind a plate of fries and a soy patty, which is impossible to eat. The waiters remove the plates from the tables so that the leftovers from the plates flow down their hands, onto tables, chairs, got on the bag, it stinks and flies. They snap at the remark. A woman's review for 1.07.2021, everything is true. No beer, no ice cream, no napkins. It is impossible to enter the sea without getting injured. Vacationers said that they saw how the children smashed their heads on the rocks and were taken away by ambulance. We do not recommend it. Don't go to this dump. Don't waste your time, nerves and money. An employee of CoralTravel recommended this hotel, for which I will go to her separately and say "thank you".
