A chic restaurant. Everything is very stylish and original. The food is top notch, but the portions are small. If you want to enjoy your meal or impress your guests, you are definitely in Bloom. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Minsk!

The institution is at the highest level. Starting with the atmosphere and staff, and ending with food and drinks. The restaurant is not cheap, but it's worth it. The receptionist and waiters are very polite, as much as possible to themselves. It's nice that they listen carefully and hear preferences and, in case of which, they will offer a decent replacement. We ate fish and pasta from a sea of products there. It's delicious insanely. The wine is good. The music is pleasant. The place is small and, as I understand it, very popular, all the tables were occupied. Book in advance. 10 out of 10. I advise you)

I liked everything. One of the few places in Minsk where there is nothing to complain about. Pleasant interior, unobtrusive atmosphere. Excellent service, attentive, timely and courteous. Fast serving, almost no main course or dessert was expected. Of course, the check is above average, but the quality is worth it. Very tasty. I will definitely be back.

The place is pleasant, tom yam and steak are delicious, desserts are great (Pavlova), but too sweet, the waiters are attentive. I didn't like the periodic amplification of the music - sometimes very loudly, and sharply. And also that the tables are very close to each other.

The ingredients of the dish are not fully indicated in the menu. As a result: we ordered a club sandwich, with instructions not to put bacon (it was listed on the menu). And nothing was said about tomatoes and eggs. we did not specify that an egg is also not needed. The waiters said that we had to tell about everything that we don't eat. Nonsense, why should the waiter talk about all his allergies and intolerances if they are not listed in the list for the dish. Nevertheless, this judo was included in the bill for us. I think the restaurant is wrong.

A terrible attitude, we went to dinner with our family, with a small child -we were not even allowed on the threshold, we have not seen this in Minsk yet!
The receptionist ran after us as she took us away with a stroller, saying we have Childfree!!!
What?!!I'm embarrassed to ask - what does the restaurant broadcast that forbids children to have dinner in it?!!!
I will not recommend this place to anyone!

The interior is decent, the location is too (if by car or taxi). Beautiful fairies meet at the entrance and then a super competent waiter serves (he knows every detail how to cook, what's in the composition, handsome!) The dishes are original, the serving and cooking are excellent, including desserts!
Of the cons: it seemed close to the neighboring tables, there is no sense of privacy. Prices are above average. I won't go a second time, I'd rather go to the Lebyazhy for the twentieth time

When booking, the staff explained about a certain time without children, child free and casual clothing style.
I would like to note right away that in fact this is not being monitored, since there were guests in slates, a T-shirt and sports shorts.
We ordered several dishes, and everything turned out to be a failure.
By points:
1. Caesar with chicken. The chicken is boiled and almost rubbery, instead of normal crackers, some kind of cornflakes for breakfast.
2. Ravioli with seafood. Unfortunately, it is not indicated in the menu in which sauce, they thought it was creamy, but they brought it with tomato. (It's probably our mistake that we didn't specify)
3. And the cherry on the cake is a beef steak. The menu does not specify the weight of the steak, but when you order a STEAK, you do not expect that 4 slices of sumarno meat weighing 80-120 grams will be brought to you. And it would be fine if the meat was delicious, but for such a price 4 pieces of steak meat, and even dry. This is just a deception of the guests and a mockery.
Such an assessment is only for the efforts of the staff, who are very careful, friendly, tactful and for the beautiful decoration of the hall.

I ordered a lamb kebab.
I've never tasted worse mutton in my life. It stank of very low-quality meat, and the guys at the admins tried to convince me that it was of high quality and the chef was watching the choice of meat himself. They didn't let me talk to the boss.
I offered the administrator, along with their cook, a ride to the market and treat them to delicious mutton, they refused me)
I went before and also didn't understand some of the dishes, I won't go anymore. It is not tasty and the service is not able to compensate for it.

Pros: pleasant interior, beautiful place, attentive waiter (I would even say too much in places), delicious food and drinks.
Cons: too loud music (with which it is very inconvenient to talk at times), a lot of ice in cocktails (80% ice, 20% drink - I understand that many establishments do this, but they broke all records here, provided that cocktails cost 20 rubles !!!), prices overstated.

I visit this place occasionally. It doesn't cause much excitement, but there is no negativity either. There are always a lot of interesting ladies)) the food is not bad, but in my opinion it is not justifiably expensive, and by the way, very tasty homemade bread for breakfast)) the waiters every other time... sometimes cheerful and pleasant, sometimes like sleepy flies. In general, I do not recommend it badly to visit.
