well, I'm not a local (from Moscow), I was sitting in a hotel and looking at where you can have breakfast nearby, I saw this place - I arrived. I go in, and they tell me at the entrance that only by reservation. The time is half past eleven in the morning. What's the reservation in the morning? There are a lot of places. Unless, of course, it is paid and not on some special customer card. Well, forget it, I ordered a latte and a croissant with me, had a snack on the way further. But, the sediment remained. Well, at least they still gave me a postcard, wishing me a good morning, but otherwise I would have hit one.
P/s at Moscow time they may not put you in a restaurant, only if the reservation is paid and is made using the visitor's card, for example, the deposit is still there. And here, judging by the comments, it is not so. Therefore, the question arose why I was not put somewhere normally, there are plenty of places in general...

A wonderful place! The interior, the menu, the service, the atmosphere - everything impressed. The portions are solid, tasty, aesthetically beautiful. There are few places, book in advance. Pavel was gorgeous on the terrace, knows the product perfectly, carries himself with dignity, is not intrusive, everything is in moderation. I will come back again and I advise you)

I really liked the kitchen, the chef is on top, some dishes impressed. One of the negative points can be noted the noise in the hall, the noise is so strong that sitting at the same table you have to listen to the interlocutor and speak yourself raising your voice.
What amused the institution was the receptionists, they talk strangely, like antics from some cheap TV series, they probably think that this should support the atmosphere of the institution… In general, if someone wants new gastronomic experiences, I recommend this place.

sour soup from waiters, bartenders. The same as the visitors. For sour cabbage soup - 1.
The restaurant should be not only delicious, but also welcoming.
The food is great, but the atmosphere of snobbery is not cool.

I don't want to come here anymore.
We came to dinner with a friend. We ordered food and asked for two extra plates. Not the waiter, but another man came up to us and asked, grinning: why do you need two plates? We replied that we wanted to share the dishes.
He left and we saw him discussing this situation with other employees and they laughed together, after which he stood at the bar and watched us eat.
My friend showed him by her appearance that we didn't like it.
He came over again and asked: Do you have any problems? Why are you mimicking me? You are visiting my establishment...
The owners of many establishments often serve customers themselves, compliment guests, communicate and joke to maintain a cozy atmosphere. Later it was found out that it was one of the founders of Bloom. I am sorry for you, Alexander, that you are an infantile and ill-mannered man.

The kitchen is for an amateur, many positions are completely unsuccessful. There is not enough space, the tables are moved too close, you constantly have to listen to conversations at neighboring tables, it is uncomfortable to conduct your conversation. It took a very long time to wait for the dishes and, alas, they were not worth the wait.

A beautiful, cozy place. There was one and the last time in the middle of August. Purely for me, there is nothing there (this is subjective) except for breakfast, which I was late for, but the most unpleasant impression remained after I did not get my change (as I now remember the bill for 43.50, I paid 60 rubles. After an hour and a half of waiting, I went up to the waiter, said why didn't the change come? after that, they told me: "did she really exist?"
How many times I talked and told this story to the locals, almost no one believed me)) I think there was no malicious intent in my situation, but just an ordinary, standard time... oh. But I recommend the restaurant manager to control it! After all, ten guests will leave for one…

Beautiful interior. Stylish, modern. Clean toilets. It smells nice, and zielinski & rozen soap and hand cream are just the highest praise for the institution.
I took tom yam and beef tartare, everything is very tasty! I still remember the taste of tartare. The staff is polite and unobtrusive.
