I hereby notify you of the facts of the improper quality of the drink I purchased and the inappropriate level of service in your establishment. 1. Information about the facts: - Dates of visits: 04/11/2026 and 04/12/2026 - Purchased product: lemonade; - The essence of the claim: on both of these visits, the drink had a pronounced bitter taste; decorative sequins were not added to the drink (as happened when serving another shift); the staff at the bar did not behave kindly, did not show interest in customer service, which gave the impression of a disdainful attitude towards visitors. 2. Justification of requirements: The actions and quality of the service/product provided do not meet the expectations of the consumer and may be considered a violation of consumer rights. In accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On Consumer Rights Protection", the consumer has the right to proper quality of goods and (or) services, to receive complete and reliable information about the product, as well as to proper service. 3. My requirements: In connection with the above, please: 1) take measures to check the quality of the drinks provided and eliminate the causes of bitterness; 2) conduct an internal audit on the fact of discourteous behavior of employees and take measures to improve the quality of service; 3) inform me in writing about the results of the audit and the measures taken no later than 10 (ten) business days from the date of receipt of this request. 4. Additionally: Please pay attention to the need to comply with beverage preparation standards and customer service regulations, as well as possible staff training. If there is no response or an unsatisfactory resolution of the issue, I reserve the right to contact the consumer protection organization and other competent authorities.
