I hereby notify you of the facts of the improper quality of the drink I purchased and the inappropriate level of service in your establishment. 1. Information about the facts: - Dates of visits: 04/11/2026 and 04/12/2026 - Purchased product: lemonade; - The essence of the claim: on both of these visits, the drink had a pronounced bitter taste; decorative sequins were not added to the drink (as happened when serving another shift); the staff at the bar did not behave kindly, did not show interest in customer service, which gave the impression of a disdainful attitude towards visitors. 2. Justification of requirements: The actions and quality of the service/product provided do not meet the expectations of the consumer and may be considered a violation of consumer rights.
