I handed in the cash receipts that were given when withdrawing money from another bank. The cashier left. When she returned, she offered to write me an "Explanatory note about the origin of the money." At that time, an employee appeared at the cash register and changed a piece of paper with exchange rates. Looking at him, I realized that going to this bank was a waste of time. Bank employees called the cash receipts "Impersonal" and I refused to write an explanatory note. Currency exchange has become impossible. I left an entry in the complaint book. I walked 500 meters to Masherov 80 and everything worked out in 20 minutes. Without a hitch. It seems to me that the bank's managers, having very good incomes regardless of anything, wanted to spit on an ordinary customer (consumer).
