We replenished the card at the checkout - the girl ignored the greeting and the question of what documents to give her, and then in the stack of documents already shown to her she accidentally noticed the right one and literally scolded me that I did not immediately hand it over. By the way, her words about the operation I needed did not match the words of the consultant girl. Then I needed one document from the bank, the consultant did not understand me and argued in raised tones that they did not do this, while in the next window my companion was given exactly the same document without problems and unnecessary questions. If I had known in advance, I wouldn't have left the money here.
