Details : in May 2022, I made a payment in euros from a BSB bank card in bel rubles. the money was debited from the account at the bank's exchange rate on the day of payment, the payment was completed, everything is fine. On August 1 (yesterday), I put 300 bel rubles on the card. When trying to make a payment, it was rejected because there were not enough funds.WTF? The call center said that the bank debited 170 rubles from my card to pay off the exchange rate difference of that May payment! It turns out that they have such a system that they scroll through your payment for another 3-4 days and if the exchange rate changes, then they charge you the exchange difference after the payment is made! Fraud and *** pure water, what to say. At the same time, they do not send SMS, no notification that you have a minus!!!!! The operator said we don't send such SMS messages. I consider BSB Bank a fraudster. Complete disrespect for customers.

This is the first time I've seen such a tin. You buy goods for one amount, and the bank writes off another, and after the fact and without warning.
