Let's start with the bad stuff. There are times when only 3 people work, everything seems to be clear here, you have to wait a long time. The food is well made and has never fallen apart in your hands. About drinks, I'll say that sometimes you want to pour sprite, but you pour mineral water. The staff are smiling, there has always been cleanliness and the location of the restaurant is also good.

I, as a consumer, come, see 10 orders that are being prepared, there are 4 people at the checkout and issuing ready-made orders, and as the manager told me, they cook only 2e, because other employees do not know how to cook. Of the 6, 2e actually works, Okay, 1-2 can take online orders, what do the rest do?? You can see from the cameras that I, as a consumer, came, saw this situation, they attacked me, began to reproach me for something, that I was to blame for something, although I asked why, out of 6 people, only 2 people are preparing. I could raise my voice at the time of the dispute, for which I would like to apologize to the staff.
As a result, I never made an order, I was accused that I was to blame for not being able to wait, although I spent half an hour arguing about it, it's not okay.

The order was on the spot, but they gave it to us in a package, saying that there was no tray. I had to eat potatoes on a bag. The order was waited for 17 minutes, no one warned about the wait and did not apologize. There was no cheddar cheese in the burger (it was written on the kiosk. that it is included in the composition) to which the girl in the issue area replied: "I can't help you with anything." I ordered a novelty Angus Parmesan, The burger was tasteless for me, there was not enough salt and pepper in the cutlet, although it was made approx. The potatoes are not bad. I didn't like the color. Maybe that's how it should be. I also took aitvist ice cream. Here it is, the file is full. Very liquid consistency. I didn't like the taste of the ice cream.
The staff did well, the hall was clean, the girl was constantly cleaning the tables. It's doing great.
I waited for the order for about 15 minutes. There is no refill for drinks.

Today we visited Burger King on Prytytsky Street 19a. To begin with, there is a very small bathroom for such a large room: only 2 cabins, shared and cramped. There was no liquid soap and there was nothing to wash your hands with, despite the current situation in the world with coronavirus. They responded to my request to fill the container with soap, however, they could not wash their hands. I asked the staff again how I could wash my hands without soap. They replied that the dispenser was full. I had to ask an employee to visit the restroom and demonstrate that the dispenser was not functioning. While all these proceedings were taking place, time passed, the food got cold, it was impossible to drink coffee - cold swill, which had to be thrown away.
And the last thing I would like to mention is that the products stated in the images do not correspond to reality in appearance. The taste could not be fully appreciated, because everything was cold at the time of consumption. I never want to visit this place again.

She was a frequent visitor to this fast food restaurant. Despite the rather tasty dishes and adequate staff (although sometimes their faces express all the pain of humanity), I have to leave a belated negative review. In one of the burgers, there was something so hard (it seemed like a pebble) that when biting, it broke the wall of a living tooth..Since the incident occurred at home and it was necessary to urgently look for a dentist, because in the morning I flew to another country for a long time, I did not go to the restaurant. Time has passed now, but I consider it necessary to announce this case. This is simply unacceptable in establishments where food is served! It's not a hair in a dish, it's something that damages human health! This was not just an unpleasant case, then it was a disaster - it took a lot of money, time and health to restore the tooth, not to mention the fact that an expensive and long-awaited 7,000 km trip could have failed.
In general, what I mean is people, chew burgers carefully, and the administration wishes to be more careful about sanitary measures in the institution.

Burger King is just TERRIBLE!!!! IT'S TERRIBLE!!!! IT'S TERRIBLE!!!!
I rarely visit establishments of this kind, but I decided to arrange a small snack for myself and my child............AND I REGRETTED IT VERY MUCH.
I went to the Burger King website to place an order for pickup.
I chose together with the child a "Junior lunch with nuggets", which according to the description includes: Crayola toy, Comic Toy, Nuggets J, King Free J, Drink 0.5, as well as a Roll "Kinger Grill"
Clicked checkout, error 02 - "The restaurant is not responding at the moment, contact the cashier" I repeated it after 5 minutes, everything happened again.
We arrived with the child at Burger King, showed the employee at the checkout photos on the phone (attached them below) and asked to place an order for these items. The employee placed the order, the order was issued, and then it began.....
Firstly, there was no second toy in the children's kit, namely a comic book. THE CHILD WAS VERY UPSET ABOUT THE LACK OF A SECOND GIFT, BECAUSE HE KNEW ABOUT IT AND OF COURSE VERY MUCH WANTED THIS GIFT TO BE WITH HIM. When I asked, "Where is the second gift?", the Burger King staff just shrugged and said they didn't know anything about it. Then it turned out that this gift is included in the package only when ordering food delivery at home, but THIS IS NOT MENTIONED ANYWHERE, I REPEAT - NOWHERE, IT IS NOT INDICATED ON THE WEBSITE.
Secondly, I am a little impressed, because the pictures of food posted on the site do not correspond to reality at all (photo below)
I, as well as my child, are very unhappy with visiting this institution, we will never go there again and we advise everyone not to spoil their mood with such deceptions that Burger King presents.
