Burger King is just TERRIBLE!!!! IT'S TERRIBLE!!!! IT'S TERRIBLE!!!!
I rarely visit establishments of this kind, but I decided to arrange a small snack for myself and my child............AND I REGRETTED IT VERY MUCH.
I went to the Burger King website to place an order for pickup.
I chose together with the child a "Junior lunch with nuggets", which according to the description includes: Crayola toy, Comic Toy, Nuggets J, King Free J, Drink 0.5, as well as a Roll "Kinger Grill"
Clicked checkout, error 02 - "The restaurant is not responding at the moment, contact the cashier" I repeated it after 5 minutes, everything happened again.
We arrived with the child at Burger King, showed the employee at the checkout photos on the phone (attached them below) and asked to place an order for these items. The employee placed the order, the order was issued, and then it began.....
Firstly, there was no second toy in the children's kit, namely a comic book. THE CHILD WAS VERY UPSET ABOUT THE LACK OF A SECOND GIFT, BECAUSE HE KNEW ABOUT IT AND OF COURSE VERY MUCH WANTED THIS GIFT TO BE WITH HIM. When I asked, "Where is the second gift?", the Burger King staff just shrugged and said they didn't know anything about it. Then it turned out that this gift is included in the package only when ordering food delivery at home, but THIS IS NOT MENTIONED ANYWHERE, I REPEAT - NOWHERE, IT IS NOT INDICATED ON THE WEBSITE.
Secondly, I am a little impressed, because the pictures of food posted on the site do not correspond to reality at all (photo below)
I, as well as my child, are very unhappy with visiting this institution, we will never go there again and we advise everyone not to spoil their mood with such deceptions that Burger King presents.

I rarely come, but right when I really need to eat something nasty. For several times there were some angry, dissatisfied people at the cash registers. And in fact, I can't figure out if they are specially recruited, or if I'm unlucky. The kitchen itself is harmful, and, unfortunately, not the whole kitchen, but delicious, depending on what to take. Do I recommend it? If only the service staff starts to treat their client at least in a kind way.

I had dinner in Minsk at the BC on several occasions. I have no complaints. Everything is fine, correct and high-quality.

The staff sucks, I bought a drink cup and a set, went to get a drink. And then a fat guy runs up and starts yelling almost obscenely that I allegedly stole it from others from garbage cans.

I wanted fast food and decided to quickly go in and buy something delicious.
I ordered only one Chicken Fillet Burger at 19:35. I picked it up at 19:45. They weren't in much of a hurry.
The complete disappointment came when I started eating it. The chicken is tasteless and not salty, and it felt like it had already been refrozen several times. I didn't like the burger as a whole.
