I recently visited Burj Khalifa
In Dubai. It's just a beautiful place. I recommend everyone to visit the observation tower on the 140th floor, which offers beautiful views of the sea and the desert.

The tower is beautiful and it glows unusually, but it's not worth going up to the observation deck - it's just a waste of time and money. After a long queue (on average, 1.5 hours on my feet, there are no benches either at the bottom or at the top) You will be lifted to a platform with a height of only 450 meters (122 floor), if you want to go higher, you need to pay extra. For comparison, the height of the observation deck in the Moscow City tower is 330 meters. There is a view of the city, the sea and the desert from above, and nearby hotels have rooftop restaurants where you can see almost the same thing, but for free. A lot of people might want to choose earlier hours. After that, you need to wait in line to go down. Half a day is lost, but there are no special impressions, rather, fatigue from standing for a long time.

We bought the most expensive tickets to the upper platform in the VIP area! The ticket price is horse-drawn, but it's worth it. You don't stand in queues, there is no jostling, very few people go up to the top. The ticket price includes a buffet, coffee, 1 alcoholic drink, unlimited stay time, the opportunity to visit the observation decks at all possible levels from top to bottom.

I was there in 2023, in May. We were at night, the view is good, but it's better to go yourself when you want, rather than take a tour. For those with vision problems, it is better to walk during the day. It's very beautiful at night, especially the fountains and the view of the rest of the city. It was warm from above, not cold, but there was a breeze. There was a Bugatti nearby, and my dream of seeing it came true. I also sat for 200 dirhams (at that time the exchange rate was 21₽ for 1 dirham).

1. Drive only from Dubai Mall
2. We bought tickets online at 6 p.m., arrived on time, but there were a lot of people waiting for the ascent for 30 minutes and for the descent. There is a quick viewing area, but we were not told about it.

Burj Khalifa is something beyond reality! To climb to such a height and see the whole city is simply breathtaking. The elevator moves so fast that you almost do not notice how you overcome hundreds of meters. I especially recommend the evening, when the lights of the city create an incredible atmosphere. Huge queues spoil the whole impression. I recommend visiting only if you are ready to fork out for a VIP pass, otherwise get ready to spend about 2 hours in line.
It is not allowed with a baby carriage! It will have to be left in a nearby storage room.
The view is really beautiful, but the queues are very exhausting and really spoil the pleasure very much. We were lucky and the child and I were allowed to go back and forth without a queue after we had defended half there and half back. By the way, there is also a queue for descent :)

It was January 08. The ticket was taken through a travel agent ... it turned out to be 10% cheaper than on the official website.
Due to traffic jams, they arrived 10 minutes late, but they let us in without any problems.
The entire queue to the elevator takes about 20 minutes. While you're standing, you can read about the tower and watch videos on the screens.
The elevator is generally super: the speed is not felt.
It is comfortable on the site itself: there is indoors, there is outdoors. There are a lot of people, but if you wait a little bit, you can choose any place near the window for a photo.
We took the most classic option: 124/125 floors. You can see everything is fine.
I recommend choosing the time to get there half an hour before sunset... then you can see day Dubai, night and sunset itself.
The souvenir shop is excellent, the selection is huge.
