According to pre-purchased tickets at the bus station of Anapa, 03.07.24, the opportunity was given to evaluate the quality of the services of this organization. I will remember the trip from Anapa to Donetsk, flight No. 4867, for a long time, because the mood was spoiled. It feels like I got to a low-ranking carrier.
If I knew which bus the state was on. No. 356 OS region 180, I will get there, or rather with which crew I will go, I would not take tickets with a considerable cost of 2500 rubles.
The trip began with the driver's demands to pay for the luggage, since it is not included in the ticket price, they say, the inspectors check, although more than one controller along the route of the bus has not once checked. But the fact that my things and other people's things were lying around is a fact. They were stacked in two or three tiers, while the fourth part of the luggage compartment was empty, which naturally angered people at the first stop.
Next, we learned from the driver everything he thinks about us (passengers) and learned our rights:
- that you put things as you want, you did not open the empty compartment to the demand to open it;
- that it is forbidden to eat on the bus, and what kind of tea and coffee do you need;
- that if we paid the money, it doesn't mean that you want to do what you do, he's the boss on the bus and he will decide whether we breathe or not;
- that there will be no disembarkation stops, only in Donetsk on the South, although he later changed his mind about the disembarkation;
- that the stand-in driver is drunk and we will drive for 14 hours with him, he apparently forgot that according to the law, a long-distance night trip without a stand-in is prohibited, i.e. he subjected 50 people. dangers.
- that you can call and complain, nothing will happen to us (the crew) anyway, i.e. they "lied" to the company's management, and judging by the attempt to write a review on their website, the company's management covers them.
A separate word about the stewardess, whose function has remained a mystery to us, as well as her name.
Alas. BusPremium if you position yourself as a transport company with premium services, select staff at the proper level.
It seems to me that this crew needs to be explained how to communicate with people, explain what a service is, and how to coordinate their actions.
BusPremium - we need your money, we are not interested in the rest.
I will leave one star, just for the fact that the bus was clean and well maintained.

They drive almost without stopping, and if they stop, then in such poor places, you can't even eat and drive faster and faster, but they drive in such circles that you could have come a long time ago. Most of all, it kills that they capture passing cities... They stand in traffic jams for hours. Krch, not a bus, but a shuttle bus at rush hour ...
I do not recommend it! Better in the Luxury Express!!!
