The point itself is small, moderately convenient, the staff is polite, correct, they tell you what needs to be done, they work quickly. My assessment is definitely positive. I've never sent a parcel, so it's difficult for me to assess it from this side (although from what I observed while standing in line, everything looks clear and well-adjusted)

I really liked the check on Lobanka. It was the first time I sent a parcel to Russia. There was a guy on shift. I said it was the first time and he helped me pack everything, he was loyal when I was slowing down))) unlike the employee from the SDEK point on Pushkinskaya. I usually pick up parcels at Pushkinskaya, but sometimes someone sends them in front of me and the attitude is not very good - with the claim "what is unclear?" and not a very satisfied expression. Therefore, for the first time I decided to send the parcel elsewhere and did not lose. Everything went easily and quickly on Lobanka. Thanks to the employee)

During the delivery of the T-shirt, they tore it, pierced both the packaging and the T-shirt with something. At first they told me to write an appeal and promised to refund everything, but in the end they refused, and I threw 150 rubles and 2 weeks of waiting in the trash.
