We stopped by after the Jubilee in the center, from hell to heaven, everything is there, clean, spacious. 2 times cheaper, 10 times more convenient. The metro is not far away, so you can get to the center in 20 minutes. The apartment has everything, and even what is not useful, the administrator will call a taxi to get around the city or to the airport at any time.

I have been to Minsk many times, but this hotel turned out to be the best in terms of price-quality ratio. It is especially nice that this is an apartment. The audibility is minimal, the room is large, there is everything you need, a kitchen and all accessories. We decided that this hotel is much better than the Hilton! And this is not an exaggeration.

Apartments: studio apartment type, kitchen area, bedroom. A very comfortable mattress! The equipment is all working, I did not use only the stove. The washing machine is ok! My room had a bathroom. It is very clean, cleaned every day, towels are changed! I specifically asked them not to change it so often. Laundry every three days. The area is convenient, 8-10 minutes walk to the metro. Next to the cafe "Conference", very tasty breakfasts, there is a business lunch. There is a shopping center within walking distance. No complaints!

We stayed in a two-room suite - kitchen-living room and bedroom. I liked the room - it was spacious, clean, and cozy. The kitchen has everything you need - a kettle, dishes. In the bathroom there is soap, shampoo, shower gel, towels. A comfortable double bed. Grushevka metro station is a 7-minute walk away. We were satisfied!

An excellent apartment hotel for a good rest. We had a rest with a large group of children. The rooms have everything you need. The kitchenette in our room had a washing machine, clothes dryer and iron. The cleaning of the Cleanliness Fairies is carried out especially carefully. Fresh towels every day! Excellent apartment hotel. When I visit Minsk, I stay only here. The price/quality is at the highest level. The room has a full kitchen, which is a big plus for me, so as not to spend money on cafes and restaurants. We traveled around Belarus with two children and stayed at this hotel for the night in Minsk. There is its own Parking, but be prepared to climb the bardur (vv golf plus did not draw so weakly with the bottom) We had a room with a double bed and a sofa. Good repair, everything is clean and tidy. The room has a kitchen: a kettle, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, as well as cutlery and cooking utensils are available (but the frying pan was beaten by life). The plumbing is new, everything is working properly.
There is no air conditioning and this is probably the only disadvantage if you stay in the summer, and we were just in the heat.

We were lucky to remove these apps in August 2022. A one-room room of 45 squares with a balcony, the most suitable for 2 adults and a child. A kingsize bed, a baby cot, a large refrigerator, a washing machine, an MV oven, a stove, a kettle and even a safe. They clean, change towels and wash dishes daily. The apartment is shady, and despite the lack of air conditioning, it was tolerable in the heat. M / place under the barrier, 10 minutes walk to the metro, shops nearby. The staff is very friendly. Of the minuses, only the current shower hose and the lack of normal cafes nearby, but since there are 2 metro stops to the center, then this is not such a minus. For 4 nights, they gave a little more than 12k to ours. Thanks to the owners and staff!

I liked everything. The room has a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, stove (you can cook yourself- a frying pan and pots included), cups, plates, mugs. In general, everything you need. The room is clean and quiet. There are polite staff at Reshepsen. They called us back in advance and specified the time of arrival. There are shops nearby, the metro station is a 15-minute walk away. Very convenient. I recommend it to everyone. And we'll come back ourselves.

We arrived 2 hours earlier, the room was ready and check-in took 10 minutes. The room fully corresponds to the photo. Clean and tidy. The necessary utensils are available. The maids are polite and pleasant- they brought an iron and a vase for flowers at our request. The breakfasts in the cafe nearby were very pleasant. Everything is delicious and fresh.

We liked the apartment, quickly settled in, responsive staff. The remote control did not work, the staff came within 5 minutes, changed it to a working one. The room was cleaned every day, unobtrusively. There are all the necessary utensils, except for the cutting board.
There was not enough air conditioning, I did not pay attention to it when booking, implying that it should be in the hotel by default, but it was not there. They brought us a fan, but it didn't help much. It was very hot.
I didn't like that the entrance doors were bad, through which the audibility was strong, and since this is a studio, without any additional entrance group, we could hear everything that was happening in the entrance. Accordingly, everyone probably heard us too.
If a washing machine, air conditioning were added to the rooms and normal entrance doors were installed, through which everything from the entrance would not be heard, then they would not be priced.
The numbers match the photos.

The hotel has been "converted" from an ordinary panel apartment building with all its disadvantages such as not important sound insulation and sometimes problems with pressure and water circulation, but it is clear that the rooms themselves are made as neatly / cleanly as possible, furnished with all the minimum necessary furniture and utensils. It is far from the center, I think it should be convenient for employees on business trips for an average (more than a week) and a long period. Excellent reception staff, everything is clear and tidy.
