An uncomfortable and expensive hotel

A very pleasant apartment hotel. Cleaning and change of towels daily. We lived in a three-room apartment. I liked everything very much. The beds are comfortable. There is a washing machine. The kitchen has everything you need: a kettle, microwave oven, refrigerator, stove, pots. There is a cafe nearby where you can have breakfast. It also works by menu.

Excellent apartment, very comfortable. Daily cleaning service. In a residential area, but not far from the metro. Check out before 12 o'clock. We were allowed to leave our things at the reception until the 16 o'clock train, and a taxi was called. We want to come back again.

This is an apartment in a residential building. Very clean and the renovation is fresh. The kitchen is equipped with kitchenware. There is a very tasty cafe in the next building. Grushevka metro station is a 10-minute walk away. There are small shops around. The staff is very attentive and friendly.

The organization is good. The apartment was clean! They are cleaned every day. A dryer was brought on request. Overall, there were positive emotions.
The only disadvantage is audibility. It was hard to fall asleep while the neighbors were talking.

It is located 8 minutes walking distance from the metro. It takes 5-10 minutes by taxi to the center. The interior is clean, cozy, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay for a few days. Refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishes, hair dryer. Comfortable and spacious room.

We got a "tired" number. The door to the balcony did not close, it was necessary to press on it, perhaps with considerable effort - it was terrible to break. The sheet barely covered the dirty mattress. There is mold in the bathroom, there is a smell in the refrigerator, the chairs are 'oiled', the bedside table is unstuck, 2 old towels (seemingly clean, but scary, with loose lint). Having something to iron clothes on is a plus. There is a cafe nearby.

I really liked the Hotel, the settlement format is unusual, the house is 8 floors with balconies , there are 6 apartments on the floor, 3 apartments per block, you are given keys in exchange for money. You move into an ordinary apartment. The room has a full kitchen , dishes, stove, refrigerator, loggia, Curtains, comfortable bed, large bathroom , clean and new towels, Cleaning every day, stayed for 4 days. Convenient location , quiet , 7-10 minutes walk to the Grushevka metro station. We really liked it, we will stay in this hotel again, as there is a feeling that I rented a nice apartment for a few days.

Excellent apartment-type rooms. Constant cleaning, bed linen and towels are often changed. Very quiet area (near the private sector). On the other side is a playground. There is a bank nearby, and a couple of shops. There is a private parking with a key. There is a full set of appliances and utensils - induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, TV, kettle, iron.... Good furniture and beds. We vacationed in Minsk with our child and wife in 2018, lived in Comfort - absolutely liked everything. thank you!!!!

Great hotel. It is very clean and cozy. You can come to Minsk with your family. For those who like to cook, there is a kitchen set in the room. I faced only one discomfort, the Internet was absent for 3 days, I need to work. But since there are other numbers nearby, I connected to other networks. There is a cafe nearby where they cook superbly. Very tasty!!! I recommend it!!! The officers are friendly guys, they tell you what to choose. WELL DONE!!!

Really comfortable. The apartment complex is new, the renovation is fresh and of high quality. They clean well. The staff is friendly and well-mannered. It's not the first time I've stayed in this place. There are no problems with parking, and if you need public transport, the metro is within walking distance. There is a grocery store in the same building, which is very convenient. For those who wish, there is a cafe where breakfast is offered.
But the apartments still have a disadvantage - audibility. If the nearest apartment is occupied, then you will hear all the sighs and coughs of the neighbors, and this is tiring.
