Nice apartment, great location in a quiet area, but there are several metro stops to the center. It's a kilometer away from the hotel. There is a good cafe and shops in the next house, so you don't have to go anywhere!

The apartment is clean and spacious. Garbage collection and towel change are daily. There is everything you need in the kitchen, right down to sugar and tea bags. Warm, clean bed linen. Close to the metro. There is a cafe nearby where you can have breakfast and lunch. I recommend

I've been here twice. A great place and not expensive. There was only one negative so far. We arrived in May and it was very cold in the room. As we were told, there was a heating problem in the whole city. I don't know if it's true or not, but we weren't ready for this. They offered additional warm bed linen and blankets, but we solved the problem ourselves by buying a cheap heater for 19 square meters in a shopping center for 30 rubles. By the way, it's a cool thing, now it often rides with us :)

pluses : very clean, the staff is kind. Cons: there are some things for convenience. for example : washing machine, kettle for brewing. breakfast is not included. there is no pensioner. The hotel is located in a quiet area very close to the center. Excellent staff. The room is good. The only drawback, but these are more questions for the developer of the house, very good audibility. You will be lucky if you come across quiet neighbors who are not active at night. In general, the hotel has 5 rooms.

We lived during the business trip for less than six months, in general we were satisfied with the service and accommodation. At the end of the stay, we were saddened by the repair work on the floor above, in the morning the sound of the hammer was inconvenient. However, there is absolutely nothing to blame the apartment hotel for.
