Worst airlines ever. Initially they canceled one flight from Hannover to Hurghada on 23.02.2025. I have changed to 26.02.2025 and lost 60 euro for hotel changes. Now they canceled both flights 26.02.2025 and 12.03.2025 back. No compensation for lost money expected. Not recommend as not reliable and unpredictable.

We used the services of this airline for the first time. We flew in August from St. Petersburg to Antalya and back. The impression is twofold. Upon departure from St. Petersburg, the reception desk was unpleasantly surprised that they could only put our family of three together for money (3,000 per nose), like there are no seats nearby anymore). Although we arrived at the airport in 3 hours, and it is physically impossible to check in online in advance. As a result, everyone was sitting in different, maximally scattered rows. It's not very convenient for an overnight flight. I must say right away that there were no problems with this on the return flight from Antalya, we were seated next to each other without any requests. Accordingly, there was a feeling that it was just a pathetic extortion on the part of the airline staff in Pulkovo! Everything else was fine. There were no delays there, with a slight delay back (but it wasn't the airline's fault, they introduced a carpet plan in Pulkovo), sandwiches and drinks were served during the flight, comfortable clean sides, polite staff. The luggage arrived safely. Most likely, we will use the airline's services again. But with the seating of families all over the salon, this is, of course, a big disadvantage of the company.

At the end of May 2024, they flew from Nizhny Novgorod to Antalya and back a week later. They flew out of the NN on time. There were 2 rows of 3 seats on the plane. The aircraft is small (2 entrances). From the food, there and back, they gave a bun with cheese, gingerbread / cookies. They offered tea, coffee, and water twice per flight. There are no tablets (as in Boeing AerFl). The chairs are narrow and not comfortable. There are 2 toilets for the entire plane. There is a pungent smell coming from them, although the stewardesses constantly sprayed air freshener. Upon arrival in Antalya, the suitcases were not given out for about 2 hours. The flight from Antalya to NN was delayed for 3 hours. I was surprised that the plane arrived at the airport, it was unloaded, refueled, cleaned inside, loaded our suitcases (about 30 minutes), launched us into the plane and flew... The turbolift feels very good on the plane.

Corendon Airlines, Russian Federation/Turkey Charter, very dangerous glasses for children (polymer is brittle like polystyrene). The dishes are sandwiches. The crew commander speaks Russian. The seats are clean, the floor is clean on board. When departing from Turkey, seating arrangements are made for families with and without children. We flew with our family from Moscow to Dalaman, after reading the reviews, we prepared for the worst, but in fact everything was absolutely fine. There is no online check-in, only at the airport. When registering there and back, they gave three seats for free next to each other, in the middle of the cabin, they did not even offer to pay extra for the choice of seats. Luggage is weighed, hand luggage is simply looked at and asked how many bags. The flight in both directions took off on time, thanks separately to the professionalism of the pilots, takeoff and landing are very soft, almost imperceptible. The staff is polite, they speak English and Turkish, and there were Russian-speaking flight attendants on the way back. During the flight, they offered free water and tea, as well as Turkish cheese sandwiches. The cabin is clean, the seats recline. There were no paid services on board at all. I was satisfied with the flight. An excellent budget airline.

The company is disgusting, the flight attendants are uneducated, the food is terrible, and the constant delays in flights from St. Petersburg were delayed by 20(!!!!) It was supposed to be at 3:15 a.m., as a result, it took off only by 22 o'clock!!!! There were delays in the opposite direction, too, but only for an hour, a terrible company, plus the iron frame of the luggage was broken, we still can't figure out how it turned out, we could withstand all the transportation perfectly without scratches, and then they managed to break through the iron.

The family flew a Corendon charter to Turkey from St. Petersburg in May 2025. There is no online registration, they told us at the reception that families with children under 12 have already been assigned to places nearby, but our child is 13 years old and there are no places nearby for us, we had to pay extra for paid seats so that the seats were next to each other and it was the fourth row, keep in mind this situation. We boarded the plane there without delay, taxied to the runway and drove back to the terminal, sat on the plane for 2 hours, waited for the technician, as we were told, they let us into the toilet, gave us water, the doors were open, it was not stuffy, two hours later we took off. Back in working mode, everything is on schedule. The flight attendants are Russian-speaking and pleasant to talk to. They gave me water, tea, coffee, and some kind of sandwich (they didn't eat it). The cabin and toilets are clean and comfortable. In general, you can fly.

Exhausted after a sleepless night, passengers, closer to lunch, began to resent why hungry and tired people were forced to be on duty at the boarding gate, postponing the flight for half an hour, an hour. At the same time, there has already been a rumor that no one will fly anywhere until the evening, as the crew is resting. A man came and brought some vouchers for dumplings, but of course not for everyone, he doesn't know how many passengers are on the plane. In short, it's just awful. But at least he honestly said that at best, the plane would leave after 8 p.m. And Pulkovo Airport was operating normally after 10 a.m. All Russian airlines were feeding passengers of delayed flights at the restaurant. We just returned from Turkey, flew back and forth on this airline. I really liked Carendon. No tardiness, right on the nose. Everything is fast with suitcases too. The staff may not speak Russian well, but they understand it well. Announcements in the cabin are also in Russian. We were fed, once, a hot baguette with cheese. I think this is a decent airline. I recommend.

We have just returned from Turkey. Flight HC 8069 Antalya-Ufa. I decided that I would definitely write a review and thank you. A wonderful crew. Takeoff and landing at the highest level! The flight attendants and stewards are friendly. During the flight, cold and hot drinks and a sandwich were offered. You can ask for additional water-they will bring it. At Antalya airport, I asked for a window seat on the plane - they gave it to me without any problems. There was a slight flight delay (30 minutes). All work is organized clearly. No complaints. Thank you very much!

The board was not new, but everything is fine. The flight attendants did not speak Russian, but it was not a problem, they understood each other. Polite, smiling people. But!!!!! It was very cold. I got sick. .. They gave me the last places. Despite the fact that I have a 3-year-old child. I took a blanket with me for him. She covered it with her head! Everyone there knows that it's cold in the last places! There were the same places back. Anyway, we're all having fun! Imagine you're flying for 4 hours in the cold. It's a nightmare, of course. Everything is fine, but this cold ..... They don't give blankets there! They wouldn't have helped. They filed a claim there, but it didn't help. People were swearing. That's no good. Anyway, I'm not flying with them anymore, that's for sure!!!

I've read a lot of horror, flight delay, rudeness, no water, etc. As a result, the landing delay was there at 1.15 and back for 40 minutes. I monitored the departures for a week and set myself up that this could not be avoided, well, not for 12 hours, as I was warned at the tour agency, we bought water after passing customs, but after boarding we offered tea, coffee, water, rolls with cheese. The flight attendants are smiling and polite. I was afraid that they would put a family of three people in different places, but no, we sat there and back together. The luggage was received within 40 minutes upon arrival in Antalya. Transporting luggage to the airport is scary, of course, we stood looking out the window as the movers threw suitcases! The most terrible airline! We flew from Antalya to Sheremetyevo. The flight was postponed 15 minutes before the start of check-in for 6 hours without warning! We stood in line for registration for 1.5 hours. As a result, we flew out only after 8 hours! And all this was accompanied by standing in line at every stage of boarding! I've read a lot of reviews about this company, there were a lot of negative ones. But, we were lucky. We flew from Turkey to Moscow. The delay was 15 minutes, the plane was normal, there was a snack and drinks on board. They wrote that the staff does not speak Russian. Russian russians may not speak, but there are also Russian-speaking employees who perfectly understood and spoke Russian. They also wrote that they received the luggage for a long time, I don't know. In general, it is normal, only when checking in for a flight, the system selects seats randomly. My husband and I were sitting at different ends of the plane. This is when we flew from Russia. For the return flight, I was able to do online check-in myself, and choose seats nearby. As a person suffering from migraines ( severe headaches ), I asked your staff to use less perfume and toilet water. The last flight , one of your employees gave off a very strong scent of perfume , as if he poured the entire bottle over himself . The seats were inserted so often that with a height of 170 cm, you can only sit with your knees in the chair in front of you, if you are taller than 170 cm, pain and discomfort during the flight are provided for you. It was stuffy on the plane there and back, it was just impossible. They took off from Turkey with a half-hour delay, the stuffiness became unbearable, they asked the flight attendant for water for the child, she said after takeoff. OK, safety rules. We took off, once again we call the flight attendant, she walks past us into the nose of the plane with a trolley with drinks, defiantly turning off the call button. This is the first time I've encountered such outright rudeness. No one has badges, but the rays of "goodness" are sent to a dark-haired incompetent employee of the company. Naturally, I told my tour operator not to send clients with this airline, and I do not recommend using Corendon services to anyone else.

The Antalya - Moscow flight on 06/15/24 was horribly delayed! At first, they were postponed from 13:55 to 18:15, as a result, they took off only at 20:00 Moscow time. We waited an hour for the landing - we couldn't land the plane. The plane is an old Boeing. Then we waited for the luggage, attention, 1.5 hours! The tape did not work for 1.5 hours. And so all the arrivals from different countries. We STRONGLY advise against the airline - everyone is just exhausted. And in general, the service and attitude in Turkey now leaves much to be desired. It's not the same at all as it was before.

When asked to bring water , they were rudely refused , they said there was not enough for the return flight, they kept them on the plane for an hour and a half. We flew from Antalya just 3 days ago. The first time. I was satisfied! The worst airline I've ever met. Flights are constantly delayed, without explanation, and even water is not provided for the waiting time. Planes are dirty. The luggage after them is all dirty, and in a crumpled state! In-flight drinks are not provided, not to mention dry rations. I do not advise flying this airline, you will save time and nerves.
