They provide old broken cars, have terrible customer service and also issue you fines for things that are their fault. Stay away and use Citydrive instead - they are 1000x more better. Delimobil a truly awful Carsharing experience.

I like this service, It is easy to use and they accept translated drive IDs, I just would suggest to add a gps navigator to the car because the drive would be easier.
