We stayed at the hotel in October 2020, at the beginning of the Covid pandemic. The hotel is luxurious, rich, everything is clean, the staff is friendly and smiling. The main restaurant has a large amount of food, a huge selection-steaks that are fried in front of you, fresh fish is also fried for you, whichever you like best, red fish, wok, a sea of snacks, the tongue is simply divine, it melted in your mouth. In addition to the restaurant, there is food at every turn, there is a chocolate shop, a coffee shop with desserts, an alley that leads to the sea, will also not leave you hungry, baby potatoes, fast food, fruits and vegetables, drinks....Various parties are held, the beach is gorgeous, the pier is serviced, the bar is filled in the room, wine was left at the bar for $ 2) There are Ala-maps for free. In general, I can only sing laudatory odes to this hotel))) Proximity to the airport, 20 minutes and you are there. We were in mid-October for 3 adults for 7 nights for 128 t. Now the price is certainly exorbitant! But I would never go back there again!!!

The hotel is decent! The staff is helpful and attentive. There is plenty of food for different tastes and diets. The plumbing in the room was not new, but everything worked well. We had a vacation at Dolphin Imperial in February 2024! The hotel is huge and beautiful! The service is excellent! The staff is smart and friendly! Delicious food and drinks! Baklava has many types of weather in February was very warm up to 30 degrees Celsius in the afternoon! The rooms are huge, the bed linen is new and beautiful, the bathrobes are snow-white! We are currently staying at this hotel, fortunately we are already leaving tomorrow. It's a disappointment, Do not believe the laudatory reviews, they are all written for the "chips" offered by the hotel in the form of caps, T-shirts, etc ... The hotel is tired... The furniture is old, shabby, dirty in places, but you can turn a blind eye to it if there was good service, but this is also not about this hotel. Waiters don't know how to work. Dirty dishes are removed from the tables only after we leave, or we constantly have to ask and point fingers to clean up, otherwise the waiters walk by and pretend not to notice the mess on our table. Beach service is not provided. Although all hotels of this level have had a QR code on every beach umbrella for a long time, and at the request of the guests, the waiters deliver drinks and food with lightning speed. Until now, towels are issued by cards, for us this is wild, for what purpose it is being done, we do not understand. I would like to write about the strengths of the hotel, but they just don't exist. The only thing that pleases us is cleaning the room, there's nothing to complain about here, thanks to the girl for her conscientious work, we were in hotels above this level, but this is the first time they clean so cleanly. For food and drinks... The most common food, you won't stay hungry, but you won't get any gastronomic pleasure either. The choice of premium alcohol is minimal. Mainly Turkish ingredients are poured into cocktails. There is only one conclusion, we will never go to this network again. And we will try to dissuade everyone. For the money we paid for the tour, it was possible to buy a hotel of a much higher level.

The chemise is inexpensive, but it ruined an expensive T-shirt, and the bottom of the T-shirt was torn with stripes. The staff is great, but my daughter forgot her things at the kidsclub, they asked me to bring them, but when they left, they didn't bring them, they said it was closed, and no one could find the admin and open it.And the cool stuff was left there. The pools were already cold in September, they asked for heating and they didn't turn it on, the children started coughing. The hotel is not worth the money

But! You can find everything from food, exactly to your taste - animation for kids is interesting - there was animation for adults, but I can't say that it impressed, but it's subjective. We were at this hotel in the middle of July with four people (three adults and a child). The hotel has a lot of Russian-speaking staff, which makes the trip easier. Thanks to Melek at the front desk. She helped us with all the questions. We took the connected number. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and the side sea view is not very visible from the second floor, but because of the heat we did not sit on the balcony. The room cleaning was good, regular. We went to the main restaurant to eat (we did not try additional a la card, there is no need). The food is varied, everyone will find something to their taste. Also, there are various delicious tortillas/donners/potatoes in the pool area (like our potato crumbs), and we want to try all this, so sometimes we didn't even eat much in the main restaurant to try something here. By the pool, they have a rule not to occupy sun beds until 8:30 and the hotel staff collected towels and things and took them to the towel distribution tent, drawing up an act that they took away. This gives a chance to find places for those people who can't get up very early. During the day, waiters on roller skates deliver drinks, but we mostly went by ourselves. Very good animation, I liked shooting and darts, thanks to the animator (unfortunately, I did not remember his name). Branded caps/purses/bags were always pressed for participation. My daughter appreciated the kids' club, there were always some classes (doing crafts, playing games), but sometimes they offered paid ones (painting T-shirts or riding a banana). In the evening there was a children's disco or performance. Thanks to the animators of the children's club (there are also many Russian speakers). This hotel has excellent shows, evening shows every day, and once a week large-scale shows with performances by circus artists. There is a foam disco once a week in the afternoon. There is a water park for both children and adults. The shops on the ground floor have everything you need, no more expensive than in the neighboring bazaars. Since this hotel is very large and not entirely new, there are naturally some nuances. - First of all, the dishes in the restaurant are not always clean. - The staff is also very active in offering to bring drinks that you can take yourself, and used plates may be on the table at the same time. - The kettle broke down quickly in our room, it was obvious that it had been leaking for a long time (it was replaced quickly, the staff worked very quickly). - I heard about the renovation of the rooms in the 20th year, but we had a slightly "tired" room, although this did not affect our rest in any way. - our rooms were clearly above the technical area, cars often came there, unloaded something. Since the floor is low, the audibility was good. In general, the sound insulation is not very good. There was also running around the corridors and moving furniture in the next room. - because of the heat, the water in the pools is just hot, it would be very good if at least one of the pools kept the temperature cooler. In general, it turned out to be a rest without leaving the hotel, which is why we actually came here.

There are many disadvantages to this: Animation sucks ((Turkish alcohol is just poison!(( There has always been good European Proseco champagne in 5* hotels, and this time there is something creepy, both wine and champagne!!((( Wi-Fi when checking in only to the room ((( as a rule, tourists without Internet in the hotel for half a day..(( The rooms have never had the floor cleaned in 10 days!(( only towels were changed and that's it!.. This is not our first vacation according to the winter concept, we previously vacationed in Alva Donna Belek and Pappilon Aysha. Among the main advantages, I will highlight the variety and quality of food, alcohol and drinks, a warm outdoor pool and spa, the interior of both public areas and rooms. Cons (significant for us): the luna park does not work, the children's club is closed, the waiters in the main restaurant do not remove dirty dishes from the table, tasteless desserts, the territory is small, uninteresting. There is a feeling of abandonment of areas that are not used in winter, this has not been seen before. For example, green pools of water parks with a bunch of pretty leaves, a children's club littered with something. For that kind of money, you expect a little bit different.

They gave out bracelets and sent them for breakfast. At 11:00 the room was ready and checked in. Service - 5 points. The service throughout the hotel is at a very high level. Housekeeping, waiters, bartenders - all 5 points. Food, alcohol - 5 points. There is a lot of different animation activity despite the weak season. The main vacationers are German citizens. Overall, a great stay.
