We had an amazing stay , our children enjoyed alot they liked the pools , food is good and the room was perfect for us however there was problem with the balcony door and the ac we went to guest relations desk and there was a gurl her name is Maria i think she was attentive and very polite and she solved the issue promptly and i would like to thank her personaly but I couldn’t find her today in the morning

Thank you for the amazing staff and the facilities , restaurants, Mariam from guest relations was amazing , she arranged for us surprise for our anniversary, she called us in the evening to check if everything is good and check on us her hospitality is different, lovi also was very friendly, she welcomed us during check in with a smile
