We had an amazing stay , our children enjoyed alot they liked the pools , food is good and the room was perfect for us however there was problem with the balcony door and the ac we went to guest relations desk and there was a gurl her name is Maria i think she was attentive and very polite and she solved the issue promptly and i would like to thank her personaly but I couldn’t find her today in the morning

С сыном отдыхали в этом потрясающем отеле с 15го июня, 10 дней. Я очень люблю Эмираты, жила здесь 3 года, выбираю для отдыха всегда эту страну. В этот раз совсем не хотелось многолюдного Дубай, и выбрала для отпуска Рас-Эль-Хайма, самый северный эмират. Здесь очень приятная погода - несмотря на жару в 40’ (если что, то я очень люблю когда жарко) лёгкий бриз и прохладный Персидский залив. Вода горячая только на берегу, буквально 100 метров и чувствуется холодное течение. Хочу выразить огромную благодарность отелю Doubletree by Hilton! Здесь работают замечательные люди! Все дружелюбные, отзывчивые, заинтересованные в нашем комфорте. Хочу поблагодарить Риму на ресепшен, это замечательная девушка любезно заселила нас. Несмотря на то, что в отель мы прибыли в 9ч утра, апартаменты предоставили сразу и сделали апгрейд. Мы жили в потрясающих апартаментах! Все новое, шикарный вид. Дорогие читатели этого отзыва, пожалуйста, не забывайте благодарить персонал, как чаевыми так и добрым словом. Также, хотела бы выразить благодарность за прекрасный сервис и доброжелательность девушкам Нан и Рошел, и Тахиру, который любезно помогал с багажом и другими поручениями. Мы отдыхали all inclusive, еда хорошая, ничего лишнего. Я нахожу глупым. Когда стоят по что кастрюль, как в Турции, а есть нечего. В этом отеле все лаконично и с умом. Мой сын всегда был сыт - пицца, вкусное мясо и мороженое. Прекрасный пляж, классная зона с аквагорками, сын постоянно там развлекался. Около воды постоянно дежурят спасатели, контролируют порядок в детской зоне. Территория отеля ухоженная, уютная, через дорогу потрясающая набережная с фонтанчиками и кафе. Мы отлично отдохнули, за все пребывание я ни разу не нервничала) В 25 минутах от отеля находится зоопарк, достаточно большой и интересный. Также, до молла ехать 15 минут, мы ездили в кино и на шопинг. Я хочу от всего сердца поблагодарить всю команду отеля за старания, доброту и отзывчивость. Спасибо 🙏🏼

We stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel from February 13th to 21st. Upon arrival at Dubai Airport, we were met by a transfer from the hotel. Everything was organized quickly: we were put in a car and driven to the hotel in about 1 hour and 20 minutes without traffic jams. We arrived at the hotel around 11:00, checked out, received bracelets, but check-in was only at 14:00. Initially, we were placed in the wrong room that was booked, but they promised to move us the next day. That's what happened — they moved us without any problems, moved our suitcases, and brought dessert as an apology. The first room was on the fifth floor with a sea view — very beautiful. But we still chose a room on the ground floor with a view of the garden, as it was a bit bigger. We liked both options. The food at the hotel is excellent. The main course changed every day: fish, meat, chicken, crabs, sushi. Everything was delicious, varied, and there was always enough food. We had an all-inclusive system: drinks were included, including bottled beer, cola, sprite, and water. We could have paid extra to "ultra all inclusive" — it included drinks like Corona, Carlsberg and food delivery from 00:00 to 06:00, but we didn't need it. The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed every day. They even called our room several times and asked if everything was okay. There are 4-5 heated pools on site for both children and adults. There is a small water park, as well as water activities when entering the sea. The sea (bay) is excellent — warm, clean, and beautifully colored. The sand is snow-white and does not heat up. The territory is well maintained and clean. The staff is very friendly, everyone is smiling, no one hints at tips — unlike in some other countries, this was not the case here. There is animation, a children's room where children are engaged, aquagrim, paint, sculpt. Everything is well organized. On the day of departure, we checked in at 12:00, and the transfer was at 16:00. We left our suitcases in the luggage room and continued to relax. We went to Dubai one day, so we had one lunch left unused. The hotel has a rule: either you use lunch on the day of arrival or on the day of departure. If you plan to be absent, you need to be notified in advance — then you will receive a voucher and you will be able to use this lunch later. It was the only moment that seemed a little unclear at first, but in the end everything turned out well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is great, the sea is beautiful, the sand is perfect, the staff is wonderful. Everything is great, we strongly recommend it.

The hotel is located on the artificially created island of Marjan Island, Emirate of Ras al Khaimah, Fujairah city, consists of a 9-storey main building and 3-storey additional buildings (guest houses). The room has a panoramic window and a balcony with views of the Persian Gulf on both sides. Entertainment options include several swimming pools, tennis courts, a mini-amusement park for children (by the way, there is a light holiday with children here), a sports field with projectiles, and volleyball courts. In addition, there is a sports complex in the building itself on the 9th floor, where you can safely work out on simulators.

We are staying at this hotel for the second time, I really like spending my holidays with children here! Lots of pools, a water park, the first line with white sand like in the Maldives. The rooms are clean and spacious, there is a sauna and Jacuzzi for adults, a children's area for children, where children are very well watched and have something to entertain. The food suited us, there is something to eat, ice cream is offered for lunch and dinner. The children played soccer and volleyball in the sand, and there is a special place for this. We had decent food from 28.01-3.02. We wanted more variety. There is no abundance of seafood, but if you consider that the cost is equal to the cost of the Egyptian five, then everything is more than decent. Ice cream, sweets, a children's table, normal drinks, a sufficient number of bars. There are enough seats in the restaurant. Very nice and hospitable staff, everywhere, and at the reception in the first place. We checked in 3 hours earlier, without any additional charges, although we offered. Dubai is relatively close, 1.15-1.5 hours. Definitely can be recommended. We have heard complaints that 5 stars are not 5, and food is not food, well, then you can pay twice as much and stay in top hotels. The price-quality ratio is very strong here. I still have the feeling that they paid a little less than it was worth.

Rest from May 5 to May 12, 2026. The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, with large parking for guest cars. We arrived at the hotel around 9 a.m. and immediately checked into the room, We were offered a free upgrade, but we refused, as it was important for us to be closer to the children's slides and playground and have access to the garden. For children: a playground, but without a canopy; water slides standing on soft rubber (as in playgrounds). In the AL system, drinks are all included in the bars and in the lobby, after 15:30 ice cream (fruit ice) at the bar in the depths behind the water slides. There is a cute swing decorated with flowers on the shore in the water. The food is monotonous and without delicacies. Standard hotel service rather. There is an Indian one. The hotel is very popular with locals living in Dubai and with Hindus. A lot of people come for the weekend! We took an individual tour from a local agency. It turned out to be almost twice as cheap as the hotel guide was selling - $ 250 for 12 hours. Guide Abdullah (whatsapp +971 55 932 4854 ) speaks excellent Russian, told me everything, showed me, took me everywhere. He is a very pleasant and friendly guy. He suggested where it is better to buy souvenirs and chocolates so as not to overpay. I set the route according to our preferences. Super! Overall, the rest was great! But there is a fly in the ointment, though it has nothing to do with the hotel. The tour operator did not meet us at the airport and simply dropped us off with a transfer, although the tour was intentionally taken with a transfer, since it is very far from Dubai airport. And we found out that we needed to get there ourselves after searching and not finding anyone with a sign saying "Russian Express", we contacted the airport staff. As a result, we took a taxi for 270 dirhams (payment by meter). And the dollars had to be changed at the airport at a very unprofitable exchange rate in order to pay the driver. "Russian Express" turned out to be those other @&dacians.

Hello everyone We stayed at the hotel from 10.02 to 16.02.26. Check-in : arrived at 9.00 , received the room at 13.30 . Lunch on the day of arrival is paid. We had a vacation in December 2025 with my wife and daughter of 5.5 years. A good networker, designed for families with children. We were accommodated with an upgrade to a room in Villa 4.3.1. The room left a great impression. Cleaning is regular. The food at the hotel is very good, I completely disagree with the reviews that there is nothing for children to eat. There is a lot of food, and there is a separate corner for children. The territory of the hotel is large, there is a small children's water park, a large swimming pool, a 16+ pool (not allowed with small children), a heated pool. The sea is very calm, an artificial bay. I personally missed the excitement of the sea and the salty sea air. Overall, the hotel left a great impression, the service is at a high level.

A super hotel. We were with a 1.5 year old child. A nice beach with a gentle wide shore, a good children's room (to wait out the midday heat). The choice of food for a small child is not very diverse, but you can find something to feed. There is a playground outside and a disco in the evening. It's not bad for holidays with children. The price is not great, the food and drinks are so-so. In the morning, on the way to breakfast or to the beach, there is a stench, most likely from drip irrigation of palm trees and greenery. Cocktails by the pools are decent. The massage is also good. As in most hotels, marginals with low IQ have a rest, who throw towels on the sun beds at 5 a.m. and come to the beach by 1 p.m. at best, and the administration does not monitor this.
