We had an amazing stay , our children enjoyed alot they liked the pools , food is good and the room was perfect for us however there was problem with the balcony door and the ac we went to guest relations desk and there was a gurl her name is Maria i think she was attentive and very polite and she solved the issue promptly and i would like to thank her personaly but I couldn’t find her today in the morning

We stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel from February 13th to 21st. Upon arrival at Dubai Airport, we were met by a transfer from the hotel. Everything was organized quickly: we were put in a car and driven to the hotel in about 1 hour and 20 minutes without traffic jams. We arrived at the hotel around 11:00, checked out, received bracelets, but check-in was only at 14:00. Initially, we were placed in the wrong room that was booked, but they promised to move us the next day. That's what happened — they moved us without any problems, moved our suitcases, and brought dessert as an apology. The first room was on the fifth floor with a sea view — very beautiful. But we still chose a room on the ground floor with a view of the garden, as it was a bit bigger. We liked both options. The food at the hotel is excellent. The main course changed every day: fish, meat, chicken, crabs, sushi. Everything was delicious, varied, and there was always enough food. We had an all-inclusive system: drinks were included, including bottled beer, cola, sprite, and water. We could have paid extra to "ultra all inclusive" — it included drinks like Corona, Carlsberg and food delivery from 00:00 to 06:00, but we didn't need it. The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed every day. They even called our room several times and asked if everything was okay. There are 4-5 heated pools on site for both children and adults. There is a small water park, as well as water activities when entering the sea. The sea (bay) is excellent — warm, clean, and beautifully colored. The sand is snow-white and does not heat up. The territory is well maintained and clean. The staff is very friendly, everyone is smiling, no one hints at tips — unlike in some other countries, this was not the case here. There is animation, a children's room where children are engaged, aquagrim, paint, sculpt. Everything is well organized. On the day of departure, we checked in at 12:00, and the transfer was at 16:00. We left our suitcases in the luggage room and continued to relax. We went to Dubai one day, so we had one lunch left unused. The hotel has a rule: either you use lunch on the day of arrival or on the day of departure. If you plan to be absent, you need to be notified in advance — then you will receive a voucher and you will be able to use this lunch later. It was the only moment that seemed a little unclear at first, but in the end everything turned out well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is great, the sea is beautiful, the sand is perfect, the staff is wonderful. Everything is great, we strongly recommend it.

The room has a panoramic window and a balcony with views of the Persian Gulf on both sides. Entertainment options include several swimming pools, tennis courts, a mini-amusement park for children (by the way, there is a light holiday with children here), a sports field with projectiles, and volleyball courts. In addition, there is a sports complex in the building itself on the 9th floor, where you can safely work out on simulators.

In the evenings, volleyball, football, a small disco, there is even a nightclub on site! But it is difficult to find it, please check with the administrators. The territory is large, there is a place to walk, as well as a beautiful embankment at the exit from the hotel. If you do not take a view of the beach, then you will have a view of the water from the embankment. The rooms were very ordinary and well cleaned. There were bathrobes, shower gels, shampoo, conditioner, body cream, everything in large containers, if something ran out, they came and poured a new remedy. Who cares about perfumes - all with the scent of men's perfume. The food is not varied and spicy. We spent the whole vacation on rice, and in the end we didn't know what to take or what to eat. The dining halls are large, there are enough places for everyone, there are no queues. The drinks are delicious. The food in this hotel is the biggest disadvantage, delicious, but the choice is very small. In general, the hotel is good for its price, if you fly without unnecessary expectations.

We are staying at this hotel for the second time, I really like spending my holidays with children here! Lots of pools, a water park, the first line with white sand like in the Maldives. The rooms are clean and spacious, there is a sauna and Jacuzzi for adults, a children's area for children, where children are very well watched and have something to entertain. The food suited us, there is something to eat, ice cream is offered for lunch and dinner. The children played soccer and volleyball in the sand, and there is a special place for this. There is a spa area, without frills and bells and whistles, but a sauna, a hammam for the evening is enough. We were all inclusive. The food is good, strong, and plentiful. There is no abundance of seafood, but if you consider that the cost is equal to the cost of the Egyptian five, then everything is more than decent. Ice cream, sweets, a children's table, normal drinks, a sufficient number of bars. There are enough seats in the restaurant. Very nice and hospitable staff, everywhere, and at the reception in the first place. We checked in 3 hours earlier, without any additional charges, although we offered. Dubai is relatively close, 1.15-1.5 hours. Definitely can be recommended. We have heard complaints that 5 stars are not 5, and food is not food, well, then you can pay twice as much and stay in top hotels. The price-quality ratio is very strong here. The Infinity pool at the new buildings was visited once, as well as a lot of children. Meal. Nothing super special, but everything is delicious enough. Freshly squeezed juices, coffee is not bad. There was seafood once in 9 days. The waiters bring drinks, but they ask for the room number. The same number should be called every time at the entrance to the restaurant. By the end of our vacation, people started arriving. And there were huge queues for dinner, there weren't enough places. It was very surprising, it was tense. There is a lot of food, and there is a separate corner for children. The hotel is simply MAGNIFICENT!! Starting from the staff, they are polite, unobtrusive, always ready to help and not in words, they really solve issues. Everything in the room is new, the cleaning is perfect every day!!! The hotel is clean everywhere and there are even 16+ zones where children are not allowed. We had a rest with the children, but when we had a free minute, we rested there))) The restaurant has a wide selection of delicious dishes. We've visited more than one great hotel in all our travels, but this one is the best!!! Thank you very much to all the staff of the hotel for an unforgettable stay!!!

Rest from May 5 to May 12, 2026. The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, with large parking for guest cars. The beach is sandy with shell crumbs, clean, there are small fish, crabs live on the rocks, cuttlefish have been seen several times. The service is excellent, the staff is attentive, smiling, not intrusive. We arrived at the hotel around 9 a.m. and immediately checked into the room, We were offered a free upgrade, but we refused, as it was important for us to be closer to the children's slides and playground and have access to the garden. For children: a playground, but without a canopy; water slides standing on soft rubber (as in playgrounds). In the AL system, drinks are all included in the bars and in the lobby, after 15:30 ice cream (fruit ice) at the bar in the depths behind the water slides. There is a cute swing decorated with flowers on the shore in the water. The food is monotonous and without delicacies. Standard hotel service rather. There is an Indian one. The hotel is very popular with locals living in Dubai and with Hindus. A lot of people come for the weekend! We took an individual tour from a local agency. It turned out to be almost twice as cheap as the hotel guide was selling - $ 250 for 12 hours. Guide Abdullah (whatsapp +971 55 932 4854 ) speaks excellent Russian, told me everything, showed me, took me everywhere. He is a very pleasant and friendly guy. He suggested where it is better to buy souvenirs and chocolates so as not to overpay. I set the route according to our preferences. Super! Overall, the rest was great! But there is a fly in the ointment, though it has nothing to do with the hotel. The tour operator did not meet us at the airport and simply dropped us off with a transfer, although the tour was intentionally taken with a transfer, since it is very far from Dubai airport. And we found out that we needed to get there ourselves after searching and not finding anyone with a sign saying "Russian Express", we contacted the airport staff. As a result, we took a taxi for 270 dirhams (payment by meter). And the dollars had to be changed at the airport at a very unprofitable exchange rate in order to pay the driver. "Russian Express" turned out to be those other @&dacians.

We are currently staying at this hotel from December 13th to December 19th. We really liked everything here. Before I came here, I read some bad reviews here, but we were convinced that this was not the case. Everything is great here, from the staff to the food. According to nutrition, many wrote that the food was bad. I will say that we liked everything very much, the food is all delicious and varied. There is fish every day, fish salads and seafood once a week. We were put in a great room with two beds. They clean up every day. A 5-star hotel. I recommend it for families with children. We are vacationing with two children aged 8 and 10. Children always find something to eat, because the choice of food is very large.

We had a family vacation in October. We liked everything: from the villa, overlooking the pool and the bay, to the staff who play a major role in creating a pleasant atmosphere. The 2-year-old child had a lot of fun: slides, pools, evening animation and meals. There is a round-trip transfer to the mall every day. The food is varied, and there are additional places with food on site. There is a gym in the main building, plus a volleyball court with sand, we played before and after lunch. There is another hotel building nearby, it does not interfere with the word at all.

A super hotel. We were with a 1.5 year old child. A nice beach with a gentle wide shore, a good children's room (to wait out the midday heat). The choice of food for a small child is not very diverse, but you can find something to feed. There is a playground outside and a disco in the evening. For adults: do not wait for animation, as in Turkey. It's a relaxing family vacation here. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is attentive and helpful.
