Having recovered from the state of shock, although not completely, after listening to all the conversations and thinking about what happened, I will definitely not come back here. How much money the clinic pulled out, but she won't return my Cat to me. There are really talented doctors here, but there are also those who have no place in medicine. The whole friendly horde was served in this clinic, without even listening to negative reviews from others. The story began with the fact that the cat began to urinate less, and with blood. Turning to the nephrologist, they did an ultrasound, urine tests, after which they made us happy, saying that it was just cystitis. They prescribed pills, injections and sedatives. On the joy that the cat does not have any sand and stones, it seems that after injections and treatment he felt better - they exhaled. We even decided not to go for a repeat, since the doctor reassured us that there was no sand or stones. After a while, everything is in a circle again, again pissing in drops, blood, we go down the path to the same nephrologist. Ultrasound, X-rays, biochemistry again. And the condemnation of why they did not come for a repeat..(And why were they encouraging?). The nephrologist saw 3 stones on the X-ray. They need to operate, they won't come out on their own. I decided to take it on myself if possible and signed up for Orlov to coordinate the operation, at the same time to do an ultrasound. And oh gods! A pile of rocks, right on the ultrasound! Where is the nephrologist looking? She saw only 3 stones on the X-ray. Orlov is one of those for whom the clinic needs to cling tenaciously, probably one of those competent doctors who remained. We decided to do a urethrostomy immediately with the removal of stones, so that the cat would not suffer once again. The date of the operation has been set. They brought him to the hospital, all the recommendations for feeding were fulfilled, ultrasound, everything with them. A wonderful surgeon, I think, what could go wrong? But I feel in my gut that something is wrong with this day. The call: "bad news, the cat has died." There were restrictions on anesthesia due to the heart, they had to do a spinalka. Not surprising, you say? Heart problems, anything can happen... Biochemistry is normal, potassium has been replenished....But it didn't even get to anesthesia. After the introduction of premedication, as they said in the hospital, respiratory and cardiac arrest. Launched, everything is OK. But then it stops again. How can you lose an animal before surgery and anesthesia/anesthesia?? How? I have no idea what happened that day in the hospital and what they did to him, but I noticed big problems at the clinic with anesthesiologists and the appointment of correct diagnoses. It seemed like what could happen? However, there are so many different doctors in one clinic, and there are only a few good ones. Perhaps my farewell edition of the review for the clinic. I want to leave a review about the work of this clinic , located on 68 Chkalov Street. We have been specifically clients of this clinic for about three years . They asked for help in the treatment of the first dog . The treatment was very difficult, the operation, the maintenance in the clinic and the result is sad(. It was not possible to save, at that moment it was very difficult, they paid a large amount of money (they even had to arrange an installment plan in this clinic), which was paid for a couple more months after the dog died. We went to the procedures twice a day, almost all the doctors of this clinic served, the impression of the attitude of the attending staff was formed initially. I didn 't have to choose . I liked Orlov I. V. very much. We always tried to get to him, everything is clear, specific and, most importantly, promptly. At the end of the time, they got another dog, and they signed up for an initial examination only to him. Everything went perfectly. We performed the first procedures recommended by the doctor , as well as all vaccinations . Today I contacted this organization by phone to make an appointment for an examination of my animal, as well as to get vaccinated. I was answered on the phone that a specific doctor (to whom I expressed a desire to apply) They won't write it down. You need to ask the administrator if she can allow you to make an appointment with this doctor. Expect us to call you back....and silence..I called again, in response I heard that the administrator had forbidden an appointment with this doctor. Wait a minute!!! What is this??? I thought choosing a doctor to provide paid services was my personal business (it turns out the administrator)who is being called and clarified . Which begs the question, then who is answering the phone at your clinic???? It is very sad to get such a disappointment (I will no longer be a client of your clinic ) . I can personally conclude: treatment, where you can get a lot of money , is welcome , cheaper procedures are past. I didn't have the slightest idea about the severity of anesthesia, I consider it an omission of the clinic. Cruel and incorrect attitude towards animal owners and only attempts to whitewash themselves, that's my vision of the situation now. I brought a cat for cleaning and tooth extraction. Previously, I approximately found out the approximate cost: the administrator called the cosmic figure of 600 rubles. Of course, when it comes to the health of your beloved pet, you are ready to pay. On the day of the operation, I brought a cat and left it in the clinic. The dentist called in the middle of the day, explained that it was necessary to remove teeth and it would be necessary to take care of part of the teeth in a certain way, I gave the go-ahead for tooth extraction. After a couple of hours, the anesthesiologist called and said that the cat's heart had stopped from the ice cream, explained for a long time in medical terms what had happened, and said that the cat was either taken out of anesthesia and left an open gum separated from the bone, under which food would be clogged, or the operation was completed, but there was a risk of the animal's life. I was in a state of shock, I can't imagine how a cat can live with a cut gum for some time, how to take care of it, and plus a repeated amount of 600 rubles popped up in my head, unfortunately, this is too much money for me. During the conversation, the dentist said that she could sew up the gum, but immediately the anesthesiologist said that no, the cat was already too awake.... I don't understand why it was impossible to say right away that it was possible to sew up the gum, I said to complete the operation, I was very scared of the cut gum in the cat, after some time the anesthesiologist called me and said that the cat had become ill, they threw terms at me again and repeated several times that she had warned me about in a similar outcome, they asked whether to open the chest, the cat's heart stopped during the conversation, asked if the animal should be resuscitated, I said to resuscitate. The cat could not be saved. I can't appreciate the professionalism of the team, it's very painful to lose a pet, maybe they did everything right and that's the protocol, but in the end the cat died and I had the feeling that I killed my pet. Now, having thought about everything a little, I would like that at the first cardiac arrest, after the stabilization of the animal, the dentist sewed up the gum and told me to come again. The cat can't be returned, it's very painful. Please ask the doctor in detail what risks there are, do all the examinations necessary before the operation, at the moment it is very difficult to make a decision when the bill goes by minutes. I would like a clearer picture of the cost calculation from the clinic in order to understand what amount is waiting. As a result, I paid 346 rubles, I was told that they counted the minimum, but I am ready to pay twice for 346 rubles for a live cat.
