At least one doctor in this clinic is so self-confident that she makes a diagnosis only by looking into the mouth of an animal. Viral rhinitis. I guessed right with the virus, but not with rhinitis. The poor cat had a whole bunch of serious diseases, including a congenital defect of the esophagus, which made the animal look like a skeleton in a fur coat (at the age of 6 months, she weighed 1 kg) and was breathing heavily. But this apparently did not bother the doctor, so she did not listen to the cat, nor measure the temperature, nor feel it, and did not even offer to take tests. The appointment did not last long, all other consultations were given by phone. Professionalism is at the zero level. If you really want to help your pet, you'd better look for another clinic where your little friend will be thoroughly starved and will not present a space check for anything.

Our dog died here!!! After staying in the hospital for 1.5 days... We went to the clinic at 7 a.m., a sleepy, dissatisfied girl, Lyubov Alexandrovna SYATKOVSKAYA, opened the door, took blood, looked at the glands, very rudely gave an injection, put it on a drip and left, saying that she would transfer us on shift... We never saw her again!!! Then, AN HOUR LATER, doctors began to be interested in us, not really knowing what was wrong with us (apparently they never gave anything), if some doctor was around the corner, he called her back and asked ON the PHONE what procedures our dog was doing!!!!! Some came up, left, then others...As a result, they were sent home with prostatitis (The dog was breathing endlessly heavily from the pain, neither injections nor an IV helped). We came in the morning, the dog's condition is unchanged. They did an ultrasound here, they said pancreatitis... they began to treat it, forgetting about prostatitis. The next day, a good doctor, LAZARENKO Anna Viktorovna, took care of us, approached us very carefully and responsibly, for which Thank you very much!!!But whatever she did, the next morning our beloved family member died after living only 3 years... No one told us EXACTLY what caused the death, handing it in a box ... Perhaps if there had been an attentive attitude and a professional approach, the dog could have been saved...

All the tests were on hand, the ultrasound was done on the spot, all the recommendations before the MRI that you advised were fulfilled. Also, according to the result of the ultrasound, you advised to buy and give the dog heart pills, which we did. We were told verbatim "It will be difficult, but everything will be fine." "Okay" didn't work out, the dog died. It's a huge grief for us, we still can't calm down. The worst thing was that there were treatment options, and an MRI was only needed to clarify. If at least one of the doctors had told us that there was such a risk, then we would definitely have refused an MRI scan. We will complete the review as a response to your comment. The dog was given two pills. According to the doctors, the MRI machine was not even turned on, the dog became ill as soon as it was put on the table. All according to the doctors who were there. If, according to the ultrasound result, the dog was contraindicated in this procedure, then why did you agree to carry it out at all?
