Sometimes circumstances developed that I had to come without an appointment, was never refused and was not left in the lurch. I would like to mention Anastasia Vasilyevna Volozhanina, a dermatologist at the clinic. We asked for the help that the cat needed, which was treated for a long time in other clinics. The cat was in isolation because the treatment was inconclusive. Anastasia Vasilyevna conducted an examination and took the necessary tests. Based on the results of the examination and tests, recommendations were given and treatment was prescribed. Everything is fast, clear and efficient. I am immensely grateful to Alexey Bazylevsky for opening a wonderful clinic in Mogilev with modern equipment and laboratory, for his contribution to the continuous training of doctors working in this clinic, and for being sympathetic to volunteer activities and giving the opportunity to treat homeless animals on more loyal terms! Since the opening of the clinic, I have been going there with all my animals. Everything was very difficult, but despite the outcome, there is not a single negative word or even thought about this clinic and the doctors who work in it. I have never encountered indifference or indifference. Professional and qualified assistance was always provided, even if you had to come urgently and without an appointment. I will never tire of thanking our beloved guardian angel and Aibolite Katyusha Yanushkevich! She's our everything! I don't know, I was there once, and all I realized was that if the animal has something urgent, then it's better to look for another clinic. We waited with the cat for 4 hours, all the doctors are busy with appointments all the time... If the cat was not with a fracture but near death, it could have died. Otherwise, it's fine - the doctor examined it, gave recommendations for treatment and medications. The cat is recovering.

Over the years of applying to this clinic, it has become a "family" for me. Each of my animals has its own favorite doctors, with whom all the procedures we need are as comfortable as possible. Yesterday I took the cat away from sterilization, so (despite my experience in these matters) I was still instructed in detail :). And not just "to say", but it felt like taking care of my animal came from the heart (what must be kept in a warm place, what medications can be given). Well, how could it be otherwise when you hand over to the owner a small body, over which you conjured, treated and saw how fragile and defenseless this body is? My animals are my little children, and of course I trust them only in the best hands!
