A good veterinary center. The whole range of services. The only negative is the reception staff. They'll never say hello to you first. They talk like they're doing you a favor. There is no customer orientation. We were there 4 times and all 4 times we had to wait until they deigned to look at you. And in general, competent specialists.

I would like to EXPRESS MY GRATITUDE to the wonderful staff of the veterinary center of Dr. A.A. Bazylevsky in Mogilev for the help they always provide in a timely manner when treating animals that I have overexposed. Everything is at the highest level.
In the photo, Janochka is one of my wards. The baby whose FIP is undergoing all the necessary procedures in this clinic. Today, 02/9/12, she was sterilized. I feel great, I've already eaten. Thank you VERY much for your work 💐

The attitude towards customers is just Alice! I took the cat for sterilization at 10-30, the operation was performed around 17. My husband arrived after work, he was told that the cat would be recovering from anesthesia for 1-1.5 hours, but as soon as she leaves, they will call us so that we can come for her. After 19, I dialed the clinic several times, they told me that the doctors were in the operating room, and if they didn't call me, it means the cat has not yet recovered from anesthesia, etc.
At 20-30, I already called with a claim, they told me that the doctors had operating time, perhaps they were busy and could not dial, when I made a remark that the operating time was up to 20-00, the doctors miraculously moved to the ultrasound room, after a few more outrages it turned out that the cat could be picked up. The man who took the cat waited for more than half an hour before the animal was given to him. And so, in the end, a representative of the clinic contacts me and says that they are not obliged to call me and warn me about the possibility of picking up the animal, allegedly, you arrived after 17, you were told that the animal would be recovering from anesthesia for an hour and a half, so you had to come after 18-30. During the conversation, it suddenly turns out that the animals are taken from the clinic from 21 to 22, although both at the appointment and at the reception of the cat, and the doctor herself said that they would call me.
I can't say yet how the operation itself went, the cat is conscious, the condition seems to be good.
This clinic has always been praised, so my choice was obvious, however, I am disappointed in it, the ratio is -100500, about the same as in the clinic on the eighth, although the cost is not even cheap.

My Izzy was castrated today.everyone from the administrator to the anesthesiologist, well done! and not only as professionals, but also as people!I started crying as soon as I walked in the door this morning. they all took the time to calm down not only their patient, but also his mother, who couldn't even fill out the necessary paperwork out of excitement.They said it would be possible to pick it up only in the evening. and at 12 I got a call and was told to come and get it in an hour and a half.Everything went well, he wakes up and he can go home. When I arrived, he came out to me, with his paws. I do not know how they did it. but I saw dogs and cats after anesthesia... and it was scary, I'll tell you. I fooled my head with questions.They answered everything for me.already at home, it seemed to me that something was wrong with the dog. I'll call the clinic-take it to the hospital, we'll look at it. The doctors came out there, examined the dog, examined me. everything is fine with the dog, they said that this is the norm for anesthesia. and they sent him home.
they calmed me down with the whole clinic.
And what do I want to tell you:I do not regret a single penny that I spent with you. if I had to, I would pay so much more, if only everything would be fine and that only my pet would be treated like that.

Last night, they discovered that the dog's ear was leaking. The ninth hour, the nearest beds are closed, my husband took me here. But the admission was refused, do you see everything by appointment. There was not a single visitor at the reception in the lobby, I understand if there was a queue of 4-5 people. I won't talk about the professional qualities of the staff, we haven't applied before, but I can't say anything good about human ones. I'm saying that you didn't come with castration or anything else that you can make money on, but to help an animal is like helping a person. We did not go before and will not go further and will not advise anyone. I would like to wish to be a HUMAN BEING, regardless of the appointment

Our Yorke had a heart attack from the sounds of exploding fireworks. We immediately contacted this clinic.
We did all the necessary procedures, identified the cause, prescribed treatment, a very awesome cardiologist accepted us and generally excellent, responsive staff.

Excellent clinic. The prices are adequate for the service provided. Before that, we went to another clinic and, having an ultrasound machine and the opportunity to do a biological blood test, for some reason we were offered to wait and observe (can you imagine what it is to observe a pyometer?- this is when the dog bleeds with pus) turned to Yakubovsky. All the research was done in an hour, we were prepared and squeezed into the evening operation. I think the doctors saved our dog's life. Thank you very much.
And also, if you are facing expensive manipulations, the clinic can spread the payment for three months. So don't worry, feel free to contact the professionals of this clinic. You will definitely not be left alone with trouble there.
