We visited your center today. The impression is the most terrible. When I called, the seller told me that I might have to wait for the doctor for 20 minutes. When we arrived at this center, the seller behind the counter asked what complaints we had come with. And we came with an elementary allergy and wanted to check with the doctor what we should buy to treat the dog. There was one sick dog in front of us in the queue, and a doctor took her in about 15 minutes after our general waiting. After the reception, the dog's owners waited 20 minutes for the next reception. No one paid any attention to us during this time, it felt like we were sitting there like invisible people. After 20 minutes, the doctor took this dog again and they waited for the next appointment for about an hour, together with him we waited for us to be noticed and accepted. However, no one saw us here for an hour, and the doctor again did not have time for us. However, the sellers went to the doctor, I suspect, to drink tea, and we waited all this time. Then a cat and a dog were brought to the reception, their doctor took them without waiting in line, judging by the communication of the sellers with the owners of the cat and dog, they are well acquainted. Therefore, they did not have to wait. To our fair indignation that in more than 2 hours the doctor did not find five minutes to consult our dog, the sellers behind the counter burst into rude abuse, giving us an example of the fact that the dog that was in front of us in the queue is waiting for more than 2.5 hours. But during this time, she visited the doctor 2 times, and we never did. It is understandable that the cost of consultation will be much cheaper than treatment, therefore, why waste time on people like us. As a result, the doctor did not find time for us. I must say that the owners of sick animals bring us to the clinic, and I am afraid that in two hours of useless waiting we could have contracted a more serious disease than allergies. I must say that our dog is thoroughbred and very expensive. Therefore, I reserve the right, if our dog gets sick with some serious disease after passing the incubation period, to go to court for compensation for moral and material damage from your center. The seller told me on the phone about the queue that they allegedly have to get to a doctor's appointment and it is scheduled for two weeks in advance. Isn't this a complete nonsense of those who invented this queue? It's just interesting how the owners predict that their pet will get sick in two weeks and make an appointment at this "center". They came up with this record themselves to create a stir around this center. If they take one dog in two doses in two hours, and during this time, while they are waiting for the next reception of the same dog, they do not take anyone else, this live and virtual queue is understandable. For more than two hours of our stay there, I did not notice the rush to visit this center, given that it was a day off and most of the vet.the centers did not work. I will not recommend this so-called center to anyone, it is better to go to a normal vet.a clinic where your pet will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, will provide assistance, and will not be forced to wait more than 2 hours, and then they will scold you. If the ambulance had worked as fast as the doctors of this clinic, then half the city would have already died out. Other vet's will open tomorrow.Let's go there. And now I will tell the story of visiting your center as an anecdote. It's a pity for the ruined weekend evening and the time spent on you, you're not worth it

Today I brought the cat to the clinic for the first time. I couldn't go to the toilet for a day, I was screaming. We arrived without an appointment, as everything is scheduled for the next 3 days, and the cat needs to be rescued. After 30 minutes, Vladislav Nikolaeva's doctor was able to see us. We immediately had an ultrasound, X-ray, blood and urine tests, and urine was pumped out using a catheter. The attitude towards the cat was wonderful. The doctor examined him carefully, explained everything about the diagnosis and treatment in an accessible way. The cat has improved, and now further treatment is required. We were very pleased with this clinic and the attitude and qualifications of the doctors!
