Horror and nightmare! I got a manicure with a long-lasting coating from master Yekaterina25.05, the manicure is on the third day!!! It's disgusting (the cuticle is all fringed, cuts, and the ends of the nails are all peeling off), I'm generally silent about the thickness of the nails and the imperfections.... This is the first time I've encountered such an attitude and such a quality of work, customer orientation is 0!!!! There was not a single word of apology or attempt to take measures to resolve the situation. She took the money for the poor-quality work, refused to remove the cover. Photos are attached.
