Nice atmospheric hotel in the center of Vitebsk in the pedestrian part of the city. There are many cafes and a zoo nearby. Decent rooms, clean, fresh (as a plus for me), interesting TV design. There are a lot of antique items in the decoration of the stairs and the first floor. The breakfasts are good, there is a choice, the service is fast.

I really liked the hotel. It feels like we're visiting friends. The linen is not standard white, which creates additional comfort at home. I was glad that they put it on the sofa (extra place)a mattress pad. In other hotels, I put towels on, but here they took care of it. There is a mattress on the bed, a pillow is comfortable, we slept well. The only negative is audibility. Upstairs, if someone walks, it feels like elephants have run over. But the neighbors from above did not go to bed late, so they slept well. For breakfast, we took separate cheesecakes, omelets, porridge, and pancakes. The porridge went without milk. They asked me to cook a dairy, and everything was done for 5 points. In general, there were only pleasant impressions. If we visit Vitebsk again, we will definitely stop here again.

The hotel needs renovation, the bathroom is terrible, it's also not completely clean, the towels are very upset - they are gray and don't look like they were washed well, because they were yellowish-gray, and one of them seemed to smell like mackerel (most likely it didn't extend from previous use), as well as the linen -it's gray colored, I I don't like this -you can't see what's on it or if it's really clean.The mattress pad on the sofa was stained with unwashed blood, was it really impossible to take it out of circulation then?! On the plus side, the 5+ location is very convenient and there is parking. We also had lunch at the hotel, there were wonderful, delicious dishes and the girls at the reception and the bar were very friendly and helpful!
