You will not receive any after-sales service.
The phone was handed over to A1 on 01.08 under an extended warranty, the screen was broken. 06.08. they called from the service center and said that they need to change the screen module and need to pay 41 rubles on 18.08. the part will arrive, we will install it on that day, and you will pick up the phone on 22-23.
I'm calling myself on 08/25. they tell me that the part was defective, so the phone wasn't repaired, and they don't know when the new part will be, and they offered to pick up the broken phone and use it, and as soon as the part arrives (apparently after another 2 months), I'll give the phone back and not sure what they'll do. I told them to return my phone and money, and the operator replied that the device would be handed over to A1. I called 27 to clarify if they had handed over the phone, to which the operator replied that they had just assembled the phone (it was probably lying disassembled in the workshop) and they would only hand it over on 30.08.
As a result, the phone was in the service center for a month without repair. I called other service centers and they all had spare parts and repairs for my phone model for 1 day, and only here is such a mockery of customers. I got the impression that they don't care about repairs at all, they are deliberately delaying so as not to repair the phone, and angry customers took the phones and repaired them elsewhere. And from that, they have money for an unused extended warranty. Therefore, the lack of operator interest is beyond praise.

My Samsung A52 was made very quickly and the spare parts were all in stock. Considering that the repair of connectors and battery replacement is not cheap, the amount completely satisfied me.
I liked the speed of work: a maximum of 3 hours. And most importantly, Ekaterina is a competent consultant. Very pleasant. I explained and clarified everything, despite my stupid questions)! She is very polite and patient.

I came here twice with a rare mobile phone and not a simple repair, which many companies either did not agree to, or put up an inflated price tag. This organization undertook repairs, put up an adequate price tag, and did everything in a short time. The administrators are also very pleasant to communicate with, and know their job. Namely, I applied here to replace the glass in the display (not the entire display, but only the upper glass of the display), as well as a complex and incomprehensible problem on the system. the board, as a result of which there were many errors, such as periodic loss of communication, vibration, and fingerprints. Everything was quickly discovered and repaired, at an adequate cost. I was so pleased that I didn't even bother to write such a detailed review. I repaired the phone under warranty, which I purchased for extra money. The glass of the camera cracked. The repair lasted exactly a month. The phone returned with scratches on the back panel (the phone has not been without a case for a day, it was checked for scratches before being sent for repair) and with a damaged camera (a black spot appeared on the left, which remains on the finished photos).
Very intrusive: at first they called and offered to install silicone protection on the screen and back panel. I refused. After the phone returned, they called first, and then every week they send messages with an offer to extend the additional. the warranty is for another year. They counted 72 rubles for the repair.

Now, thank God, the specialists of the center have finally discovered the defect I indicated, they again offer to change the screen, but for 340 rubles. To my question, why was I charged 170 rubles a month ago? they replied that the screen had not been changed for me, but they did not give a guarantee for repairs.somehow .... be prepared for the fact that the amount of the service guarantee will not cover the cost of repairs, you will lose time, waste nerves and money. I need to change the entire module. when asked if the module was original, the girl said no, but a very good manufacturer. this alerted me once again. as a result, I got my phone with the lowest quality screen with poorly adjustable backlight and crumbling glass. A little over a month has passed since the screen was replaced. the screen is full of cracks, cracks appear spontaneously, pieces of glass fall out of the screen. the phone is ruined. if I hadn't changed the module, then I would have used a normal phone with a crack. buy protective glass from them and a 200 RUB warranty.
