The service leaves much to be desired. 20.08 I left a request on the website for the repair of the rear window of the iPhone 11. On 21.08, a girl called me back, clarified the data, announced the cost, said that she needed to make an application, and said goodbye. 4 days have passed and silence. On 08/24, I called back, thinking, you never know if any action was required of me. She explained everything to the girl and, as I understood, no application was made. They forgot about me for some reason. This time, the girl asked everything again and said that it was necessary to clarify the cost and availability. I promised to call you back. Already on 08/25, I turned to another service, where they accepted me immediately, took away the phone, which will be ready today, and your "specialists" still haven't called me back.

My Samsung A52 was made very quickly and the spare parts were all in stock. Considering that the repair of connectors and battery replacement is not cheap, the amount completely satisfied me.
I liked the speed of work: a maximum of 3 hours. And most importantly, Ekaterina is a competent consultant. Very pleasant. I explained and clarified everything, despite my stupid questions)! She is very polite and patient.

I came here twice with a rare mobile phone and not a simple repair, which many companies either did not agree to, or put up an inflated price tag. This organization undertook repairs, put up an adequate price tag, and did everything in a short time. The administrators are also very pleasant to communicate with, and know their job. Namely, I applied here to replace the glass in the display (not the entire display, but only the upper glass of the display), as well as a complex and incomprehensible problem on the system. the board, as a result of which there were many errors, such as periodic loss of communication, vibration, and fingerprints. Everything was quickly discovered and repaired, at an adequate cost. I was so pleased that I didn't even bother to write such a detailed review. I repaired the phone under warranty, which I purchased for extra money. The glass of the camera cracked. The repair lasted exactly a month. The phone returned with scratches on the back panel (the phone has not been without a case for a day, it was checked for scratches before being sent for repair) and with a damaged camera (a black spot appeared on the left, which remains on the finished photos).
Very intrusive: at first they called and offered to install silicone protection on the screen and back panel. I refused. After the phone returned, they called first, and then every week they send messages with an offer to extend the additional. the warranty is for another year. They counted 72 rubles for the repair.

In December, I put the phone into repair, the repair cost 170 rubles. The phone started to "glitch" a month later. It was put into repair. The reason is phantom clicks. After a week's repair, the phone was returned to me, the defect was not found, but they still offered to change the screen, for 280 rubles. She refused. I received the phone and sent it back along with a video review of this defect. Now, thank God, the specialists of the center have finally discovered the defect I indicated, they again offer to change the screen, but for 340 rubles. To my question, why was I charged 170 rubles a month ago? they replied that the screen had not been changed for me, but they did not give a guarantee for repairs.somehow .... be prepared for the fact that the amount of the service guarantee will not cover the cost of repairs, you will lose time, waste nerves and money. The remaining amount on my certificate is -130 rubles, for a moment, you can "wash it down with water ". Disappointment 😞

I bought a Huawei phone with an extended warranty from A1. the phone fell and a crack appeared on the screen. I need to change the entire module. when asked if the module was original, the girl said no, but a very good manufacturer. this alerted me once again. as a result, I got my phone with the lowest quality screen with poorly adjustable backlight and crumbling glass. A little over a month has passed since the screen was replaced. the screen is full of cracks, cracks appear spontaneously, pieces of glass fall out of the screen. the phone is ruined. if I hadn't changed the module, then I would have used a normal phone with a crack. buy protective glass from them and a 200 RUB warranty. They didn't ask for any additional payment, they said you still have 150 rubles left for other repairs!!! The phone was given away on August 2, taken away on August 9 - it's like new! They sent it back, after a while they sent it again, but the phone didn't turn on, they sent it back again and silence until I started calling myself. They say we'll call you back and disappear. A couple of weeks later they called back and said you need to pay 350 rubles. For repairs. For what????? Because you broke it for me??? Then my husband had a fight. They fed everything with breakfast, as a result, they returned it after 5 months. In no case will I go there anymore! And I don't advise anyone!

I bought a phone in A1. Accordingly, a guarantee was offered for it. I fell for it like a fool. This is a complete scam.
The extended smart warranty is provided by this service center.
The phone started to glitch. They will turn off. I brought the phone to the official authorized Samsung service center on my own. There, the master looked at it and said that it incorrectly shows the battery charge. He sent it to me. After a while, he began to turn off periodically. It turns on and off. Then my glass cracked. I brought it under warranty in A1.
It was sent to the official authorized Samsung service center in Gomel. There, the guys wrote that for a fee it is necessary to eliminate the flaw (glass) and the phone is brought to the warranty condition and Samsung repairs it to me as part of the warranty.
I bring my extended warranty and ask A1 for an extended warranty to restore the glass.
A few weeks later, an ECC employee called me and said that the repair would cost 1450 rubles. I have a certificate for 1000, here's the rest to pay extra.
I asked to make repairs within the amount that is in the certificate, but they refused me. I officially wrote letters on A1, stupid unsubscriptions.
The ECC did not make repairs and sent back the phone with the document (I attach it below). There is nothing intelligible in this document. I was refused repairs and that's it. The reasons are not specified. It is not specified what was carried out to identify a phone malfunction. Calls are answered all the time, we'll call you back, and that's it. Until I dial it myself, the center doesn't itch.
There was a call with an offer, my device is being taken away, and I am offered in a MESSENGER to take any phone that I like within the amount of the certificate of 1000 rubles. The only difference is good, my Samsung S20+ phone is much more expensive than 1000 rubles.
It gets worse.
A very interesting fact was informed to me by the head of the department. Who was supposed to call me back within an hour. They called me back only after I dialed again myself, but not immediately, but in the late afternoon. I.e. within an hour it was during the day. And on the second try.
And she informed me of a very interesting fact. That my phone is being sent to Moscow, because the ESC is not a service center for Samsung mobile devices. Did I clarify why he went to Russia? We have an official authorized Samsung service center in Belarus, the answer killed me, we do not work with obscure organizations.
I MEAN?????
I.e. you trust the Moscow Center more???
That's how it's been going on for the 3rd month. The issue has not been resolved. I still don't have a phone. And 1 wipes his hands, all questions to the ECC, and the ECC, in turn, does not do anything either.
Now the issue is already going to the court case. I do not recommend purchasing smart guarantees from this center. The divorce is complete.
